Favor de presentar para su ingreso, una identificación oficial del paciente y del familiar responsable (INE, pasaporte, licencia de conducir, etcétera).
De ser beneficiario(a) de alguna aseguradora o institución, favor de informarlo en el módulo de Admisión en donde le indicarán cuál será el trámite a realizar.
A continuación le será requerido que firme de conformidad por la prestación de servicios, como consentimientos informados, hoja de autorización para atención en Urgencias, entre otros.
Al ingresar al hospital, deberá cubrir un depósito, el monto será de acuerdo al procedimiento que se le vaya a realizar, mismo que se le informará en el área de Cobranza.
Todo material y/o medicamento que el paciente requiera para su tratamiento, durante su estancia, será proporcionado por el hospital.
Por su seguridad se recomienda no traer pertenencias u objetos de valor; si los trae, puede solicitar su custodia en Admisión. *El Hospital no se hará responsables de los bienes NO resguardados.
Una vez que se encuentre en su habitación, encontrará un folleto con información de apoyo e indicaciones a seguir durante su estancia y al egreso del hospital.

Solicité acción correctiva al departamento de calidad y es hora que sigo esperando regresen la llamada como habían acordado para dar respuesta a la queja por el pésimo servicio dado. Puse dinero en las tragamonedas y no me dio ni el producto ni el dinero, puse la queja y no han hecho nada. Es accesible el costo de la consulta, pero la atención no fue la adecuada (y no generalizo). Deben proporcionar información a modo de la persona le entienda, y explicar si la persona le entendió o sino explicarlo de otra manera, sin hacer sentir mal a la persona. Estuvo internada mi madre 5 noches cuarto 309 y el sanitario nunca funcionó apropiadamente, a pesar que mandaron gente a reparar la fuga... Muy mal, en verdad, pobre administración en cuanto al estado general del hospital, marcos, puertas, pisos quebrados/rajados... Entre muchos detalles más. Considerando el alto costo del servicio, éste no va acorde al estado físico del hospital. Good nursing service in general but poor facilities. Urge remodeling and attention to detail in the rooms. Doctores deberían enviar sus estudios a otros laboratorios (hay muchos). Hablas al Hospital a poner cita, al llegar dicen que no estás en lista de espera para atencion. Pésimo servicio!!!!!!
