Nunca te llegan las facturas e inclusive fuí con una usb y solo me pasaron el archivo Pdf, faltó el xml. Very good care from medical staff and nurses. Very good facilities, but, shame about the lousy check-in service. You never get the invoices and I even went with a usb and they only gave me the Pdf file, the xml was missing.

En lo personal no me gusta. The attention of the staff is very good however the facilities leave much to be desired for the cost of the hospital, only in the rooms have air conditioning, the rest of the hospital looks like an oven. Personally I do not like it.

Entiendo la situación que estamos pasando pero ustedes me dieron una hora (8 de la noche) donde supuestamente me entregarían los resultados, por eso me realicé la prueba en su instalaciones. I have 12 hours waiting for a result. They are not kind enough to answer the phone nor could they answer me last night. I understand the situation we are going through but you gave me an hour (8 at night) where you would supposedly give me the results, that's why I took the test at your facilities.

They have no tools, and no experience, again in a ER area. Do not waste time, find another place.
