Results were inaccurate (did not match PCR or Antigen from airport testing center). Also horribly disorganized. They lost the test results and it took them hours to send it. Had to get a taxi back from the airport to fish the results from their office.
This poorly run facility can (and did) cost a traveller hundreds of dollars in flight change fees, not to mention lots of lost time. An embarrassment to the wonderful neighborhood it is in.
Just go to the airport and wait in line. This place does not deserve your business or your time.

Update an hour later and still no results. This is a basic Covid test - nothing special … they charge more than other places - do not use their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here if you have an emergency. Doctors are nothing but unprofessional. They make u scared so they can test you multiple times for no reason and charge you. Left with a 15k pesos bill for a diarrhea.
This “hospital” is only about your money, not your health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for Covid test. $M 399. Hardly any wait. Results in an hour. The nurse, Luis I think was his name, was super-understanding of my situation and my anxiety (that previously I had tested positive and had had to stay in Mexico City one more week). The test itself was for only one nostril, and was applied in a manner that did not hurt or even tickle. My Spanish was good enough to navigate myself all the way through, but I'm pretty sure we could have switched to English at any point.
