★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place, if you go with your insurance just save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Stayed for one day, was supposed to leave at 12 next morning and ended up leaving eleven hours later because the hospital is so incompetent that the insurance company had to resend all the documentation needed multiple times because the hospital kept giving them the wrong email each time. People that are supposed to keep track of this at the hospital will just put you on hold if you call them until their shift is done and you have to be transfered to a new guy. Overall just AVOID THIS PLACE, unless you are willing to foot the bill yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surely one if the fanciest i.e. expensive Hospitals in Mexico. Far into the south of the city, far away from downtown. If you have the money and are in the vicinity, sure go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the top private hospitals in Mexico. It's a bit pricey for the locals, but if you are here as an American medical tourist, it's a bargain. I had a medical procedure done in here and it cost a fraction of what I would have paid in the US. Many of the doctors know English, so language shouldn't be much of an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got food poisoning and was taken to this hospital. It is a great hospital and all the staff were really friendly. The only problem is that I kept asking how much I would be charged and they wouldn't tell me until I was about the leave the hospital. The bill wasn't cheap but it was ok. I just wish they would tell you the price before they do the treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place's customer service sucks. I emailed them with questions regarding two minor surgeries that I'm looking to get. I wanted to know what the price or approximate price would be for them, if they had availability in a certain part of the month, and if this surgeries could be done at the same time.
They responded that I would need to set up a consultation in order to get the answers I was looking for. Guess how much a consultation is? USD$150 or $3300 Pesos. Seriously? I explained to them that it wouldn't make sense for me to spend that kind of money when I may find out they don't have availability for appointments when I need it. How hard is it for a hospital to tell their patients when they have appointments available?
This place clearly just wants your money. I do not recommend.
