No es la primera vez que llevo un paciente familiar al Hospital, podría decir que cada vez decae el servicio. La recepcionista de la noche no te brinda información, es grosera, no resuelve nada y solo menciona que lo checara con su jefa. En el Hosital en general hay muchas cucarachas y cuando hay grabación de televisora como se frecuenta, el servicio decae muchísimo, por los costos solo me hace recordar que estoy en un particular y no en el IMSS. El director debería capacitar a su personal para poder " BRINDAR UNA MEJOR ATENCIÓN" porque cobran como si fueran un excelente hospital y no lo vale. Segundo; comparando las notas medicas con otro hospital, Merlos no da los DX adecuados, no saben ni poner un suero y eso si, cobran como si deberás.
