★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho ojo. tuve una operacion y dije que iba a pagar con tarjeta de credito, escucharon que podiamos pagar con efectivo, enseguida las personas a cargo dijeron que magicamente se descompuso la terminal y le subieron 20 mil pesos mas a la operacion, no me dejaron ni tomarle foto al recibo, tenia que salir de inmediato del hospital por eso no tuve otra opcion, pero un dia van a saber quien soy y les va a constar muy caro.
 Keep an eye out. I had an operation and I said that I was going to pay with a credit card, they heard that we could pay with cash, immediately the people in charge said that the terminal magically broke down and they raised 20 thousand pesos more to the operation, they didn't even let me take a picture Upon receipt, I had to leave the hospital immediately so I had no other option, but one day they will find out who I am and it will be very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestra experiencia con este hospital ha sido nefasta hemos llegado con una amiga que se encontraba fatal despues de pasar una noche vomitando y deshidratadisima . Contamos con un seguro que cubre este tioo de cosas y nos han dicho que ellos no funcionaban con seguro y que los de administración no trabajaban hoy porque era Domingo y antes de Nisiquiera tratarla nos decian el coste que era elevadíssimo y nos querian hacer pagar por adelantado cosa que encuentro una falta de respeto vaya, al final hemos cambiado de hospital y nos han tratado genial y sin ningún problema no recomiendo para nada este hospital evitar ir en Todó Caso.
Our experience with this hospital has been disastrous, we have arrived with a friend who was fatal after spending a night vomiting and extremely dehydrated. We have insurance that covers this type of thing and they told us that they did not work with insurance and that the administration did not work today because it was Sunday and before they even treated it they told us the cost was very high and they wanted us to pay in advance something that I find disrespectful, in the end we changed hospitals and they treated us great and without any problem I do not recommend this hospital at all, avoid going to Todo Caso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente personal médico y de enfermería el hospital súper limpio y cómodo para el familiar te ofrecen varias cosas de cortesía que en otro hospitales no.
Lo recomiendo totalmente ! Mi paciente estuvo muy buen atendido sin duda un excelente servicio !
Excellent medical and nursing staff, the hospital is super clean and comfortable for the family, they offer you several courtesy things that other hospitals do not.
I totally recommend it! My patient was very well attended, without a doubt an excellent service!

After waiting 15 minutes for the doctor to show up, she just let a friend jump the line and chatted for about 10 more minutes before taking the time to see patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is dirty, front desk people really unpolite, even though I was with an open wound bleeding in my hand they where so slow to check if they take my insurance, couple of hrs before I did confirm with my insurance and supposily everything was OK to go there, after all hospital did not want to take my insurance... I totally don't recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only speak a little Spanish but the doctors and nurses here were incredibly patient and took time to work around the language barrier. They made me feel comfortable and took excellent care of me during a very scary situation.
