You have no idea what it is to be on the other side as a patient and as a family member because unfortunately there is no medical insurance to turn to and therefore for two weeks you have suffered and struggled to find a hospital in which they can attend to it, and in the meantime the days went by complicating their case even more because of lack of attention. I beg you to be more human and put yourself in our shoes so that we can understand the anguish and despair at not being able to do anything for him ... and having that is at the expense of what you as doctors say.
