2.-original y 2 copias de la CURP (actualizada del mes corriente).
3.- original y 2 copias de comprobante de domicilio (TELMEX, CFE, PREDIO, AGUA).
4.- original y 2 copias de INE.
5.- estudios que tenga, recientes ( radiografías, nuclear, eco, etc.)
6.- Información de marzo 2022.
