They fixed the cell phone but I had to take several turns to pick it up because they did not have it (they sent it to another place to compose it) and they gave it to me without CHIP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suelen hacer un trabajo bueno, sin embargo su forma de atender al cliente es algo donde deberían trabajar un poco mas, ya que aunque es un sitio informal y pequeño no sobra de más decir que el cliente es a alguien a quien se le tiene que atender bien.
They usually do a good job, however their way of serving the customer is something where they should work a little more, because although it is a casual and small site it is not too much to say that the client is someone who has to be attended to all right.
