★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi bebé lo ingresé en el hospital con 39.4°de temperatura y la atención en urgencias de Saúl (enfermero) y el demás equipo de urgencias, incluído el médico fue muy bueno.
Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes, pero en todo momento tuvimos el seguimiento y la excelente atención de la Lic. Dulce Núñez de Relaciones Públicas, si alguien está al pendiente y hace que funcione bien el hospital es ella...mis respetos y recomendaciones amplias.
En piso, tuvimos excelente servicio de Luisito Castillo, que es un excelente enfermero, ser humano, empático, paciente, movido, respetuoso...tiene todo para tener éxito en su profesión y en el hospital.
Gracias a ellos, al personal de limpieza, de cocina, la nutrióloga y al Dr. Mancilla (excelente pediatra) por sus atenciones y seguimiento! Hoy nos vamos de alta muy muy contentos de ver mejor a nuestro bebé.
I admitted my baby to the hospital with a temperature of 39.4° and the emergency care provided by Saúl (nurse) and the other emergency team, including the doctor, was very good.

On the floor, we had excellent service from Luisito Castillo, who is an excellent nurse, a human being, empathic, patient, moved, respectful...he has everything to be successful in his profession and in the hospital.
Thanks to them, the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff, the nutritionist and Dr. Mancilla (excellent pediatrician) for their care and follow-up! Today we are discharged very very happy to see our baby better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que me brindaron fue muy bueno por parte de doctores y enfermeras, siempre muy atentos, profesionales y todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de mi como paciente. Al igual personal de limpieza y alimentos fueron muy atentos y amigables. Por otro lado sus instalaciones son bastante buenas.
Quedo agradecida con la atención brindada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes que nada quiero agradecer siempre la atención que se me brindo a mí y a mis familiares por parte de todo el personal, siempre al pendiente la señorita Dulce Nuñez por parte de relaciones publicas, claro, como todo hospital tiene reglas y muchísimo, más en estos tiempos que está muy difícil la situación medica. Agradeciendo desde al el personal de limpieza que siempre están atentos del espacio, los camilleros, enfermer@s, médicos en fin, no quisiera dejar a nadie de fuera, pero de verdad exelente servicio, no tengo ninguna queja ni por parte medico ni enfermer@s, que en realidad tiene un gran calidez humana y sobre todo especializada, quizá lo único que falta es impulso que se que con el tiempo y el gran servicio que tienen todo llega por añadidura❣️
Saludos a el enfermero Luis, que cada que vea unas papas de habanero me acordaré de el ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días mi mamá tuvo una cirugía de emergencia en el hospital Polanco, los médicos que la atendieron fueron muy amables y profesionales. El servicio post operación fue muy bueno, las enfermeras muy atentas y con un trato muy humano de su parte. El servicio de limpieza se realizaba todos los días y en el momento que se necesitaba estaban presentes. La comida siempre llegó a su hora indicada y seguía las recomendaciones del médico, aparte de la calidad y el sabor delicioso. Es un buen lugar para atenderte, lo recomendamos. ?
Gracias a todo el personal por su gran servicio, a las enfermeras: Liz, Jazz, y Nicol que estuvieron súper pendiente de mi mamá durante los días que estuvo hospitalizada. Gracias a los camilleros que nos ayudaron cuando había que hacer mucho esfuerzo y también a la chica de relaciones públicas que anduvo muy atenta todo el tiempo. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un par de días asistí por una cirugía de varicocele con el Dr. Orozco a este hospital y mi experiencia fue excelente. Desde la recepción todo muy claro y muy pacientes para apoyarnos con el llenado de los formatos, el equipo de enfermería y doctores muy profesionales y amables, las habitaciones excelentes y el trato de todos una maravilla. Mi cirugía fue excelente y la estancia sin molestia alguna. Me volveré a tratar nuevamente en este hospital sin duda alguna.
