The nursing staff is very friendly, but the doctors treat you poorly, the place is very small, you can hear the noise from other rooms and at the end they charge you $ 5000 pesos for "extra medications" during the operation and when you pay they give a simple note filled by hand without explanation of anything

My opinion is simply that in that hospital I received the best care and attention from professional doctors with the best experience in their field when I had the need for surgery. Always when entering an operating room there are many anticipated and unexpected risks regardless of the hospital to which you go, be it private or social security. The risks are the same and that should be very clear to those who have the need for a simple or complicated surgery. We all carry the same danger from the moment we enter. I was treated excellently well and I will infinitely thank Practimed Hospital. Thank you.

It used to be a good hospital ... a few days ago we chose that hospital for a surgery that my wife needed, as it was nothing serious. Everything was super bad since we arrived, the nurse on duty did not even know what we were going to, the (external) surgeons were ready and there they had not even done the preoperative exams or the Covid test on my wife ... the climate turned off towards a horrible heat in the hospital ... Within a few hours of being there the elevator broke down, the technicians did not even wear face masks and were making a lot of noise and throwing the material and tools on the floor. There were some people in the waiting room without masks and the staff didn't say anything to them, suddenly a nurse came to talk with them and she was known ... they greeted each other with kisses and hugs when we still have to respect the distance and that she enter the rooms to check on the sick. The day passed and we were not even given the instructions left by the doctor, at night they turned off the climate and it was terribly hot. To top it off when we left there was a woman in labor and all the screams were heard on the first floor. There are no guards, at night you go out through the pre-operative area in front of the patients and on top of all that there is not even a box to pay ... you pay the nurse directly ... super bad.

As a husband, they kept me in the waiting room a lot and they didn't give me any indication of what was next, so I felt lost and poorly cared for. One of the nurses treats you in a bad mood, but I got another one who gave an excellent service, it really depends on who is on guard. The bad thing is that you hear noises from the other rooms. The cleaners are very cool. They gave me my son and the doctor left the room without saying anything, I had to ask for directions.
