Terrible service since the COVID-19 pandemic began, although they have limited resources, patient care has become increasingly insufficient, where doctors / psychologists do not attend their appointments with their patients and there is never the medicine to needed. Last year the service was still excellent but this year it has left a lot to be desired.

They never answer the calls, they don't give the groceries that one sends them, I don't know why they ask for them. Terrible .. Pure general doctor, lps psychiatrists are never there.

I have been attending this institution for 10 months now. (Everything was going well) Unfortunately due to the change of administration there is also a change with your psychologist. Today, as I would know here, he would take care of me again. My appointment was at 8am ... I was late and I was already in crisis. They tell me "come and see if they receive you" and I, but how ... I didn't care at that point if I had a 20-minute session ... I just needed it. I go and he tells me that he cannot receive me because the time had passed while he was holding his cell phone! And I breathe I say ok ok then he tells me come in to explain you and I was seriously wrong they are supposed to attend you and when I leave the room, he says nice to me and I like this alv nmms. That happened to me with the genesis psychologist, who was the one I was meeting with, with whom obviously I could no longer have the confidence to talk to her. Who left me in full attack and could not help me either for ethics or morals when seeing his patient badly, no matter that he will be late for his appointment. I understand what a government institution is but we deserve a better deal. I would like a thousand times not to have the need to go ... But I do. And I deserve to be well cared for. However, I thank the psychologist Del Rincón who treated me in an emergency when she saw in the state that I left and was able to control my situation.

It is honestly very sad that if a patient goes with a profile that tends to anxiety and panic attacks, the staff seems to be trained to trigger each of them. My friend went for a consultation to meet her new psychologist, and (I honestly don't know if she's a doctor or a therapist or what) GENESIS, caused her such a big attack that she had to be admitted to an emergency consultation. This was because of the pushy and insensitive treatment of basically telling her that she is a bad patient. He told her that he had missed appointments and that they dialed and she did not answer. All of this clearly seeing that she was having an active attack at that moment. All of the above mentioned by her is a lie, I have gone with my friend to her consultations. He has not missed any and they have never marked him from these facilities. She always arranges the schedule to be able to go to schedule personally. But beyond that, it is essential not to have a confrontational behavior with a person in the middle of an attack, now that that confrontation is provoked by your psychiatrist ?! She shouldn't be practicing even as part of the support team. They shouldn't expose more patients to Dr. Genesis. And I will definitely be taking this complaint to other institutions that can advocate for the good treatment of patients.
