★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca sirve su elevador, ah y si no sirve el cajero pues te ponen letrero de que “con billete en mano de $20 a la salida”. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y casi es uno y uno para que salga y entre porque no caben. Para ser de primer nivel deja mucho que desear. Tengo 4 meses seguidos viniendo y en cada visita es lo mismo.
 Their elevator never works, oh, and if the ATM doesn't work, they put a sign that "with $20 bill in hand at the exit." The parking lot is very small and it is almost one and one for you to go in and out because they don't fit. For being top notch, it leaves a lot to be desired. I have been coming for 4 months in a row and at each visit it is the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el único hospital privado en el sur de la ciudad, lo que lo hace muy conveniente y necesario para los que vivimos en esta zona de la ciudad.
El personal es atento y las instalaciones son muy buenas.
Si vas a la torre de consultorios ve con tiempo y paciencia ya que tomar un elevador es todo un reto. Mas en esta ocasión que uno de ellos estaba fuera de servicio.
It is the only private hospital in the south of the city, which makes it very convenient and necessary for those of us who live in this area of the city.
The staff is attentive and the facilities are very good.
If you go to the office tower go with time and patience since taking an elevator is a challenge. But this time one of them was out of order.

Llevamos a mi papá, de 87 años en ambulancia a urgencias por que se había ahogado con un chicharrón. Decidieron internarlo, tardaron 4 horas en darnos cuarto.
En piso, la enfermera no estuvo disponible para recibir al paciente.
Durante 8 horas, parientes que llamaron al conmutador solicitando ser comunicados a la habitación, y el el conmutador les decían que no tenían a ese paciente registrado.
Terrible organization and worst administration.
We took my dad, 87 years old, to the emergency room in an ambulance because he had choked on a pork rind. They decided to hospitalize him, it took 4 hours to give us a room.
On the floor, the nurse was not available to receive the patient.
For 8 hours, relatives who called the switch requesting to be communicated to the room, and the switch told them that they did not have that patient registered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a atendernos por una operación y el lugar esta muy limpio y bien cuidado. El acceso es franco si sigues por López Mateos después del Periférico y regresas por debajo del puente de Prolongación Mariano Otero (Siemens) y después del Walmart te cargas a la derecha. Los estacionamientos están en varios niveles y el acceso a los pisos muy franco. Buena atención y excelente trato. Recomendado.
We went to see ourselves for an operation and the place is very clean and well cared for. Access is straightforward if you follow López Mateos after the Periferico and return under the Mariano Otero Extension Bridge (Siemens) and after the Walmart you turn right. The parking lots are on several levels and the access to the flats is very free. Good service and excellent treatment. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTN. GRINGOS. Do not, under any circumstances go to this hospital. Their main goal is to rip us off and they go out of their way to do it. Who carries around $90,000 USD?, but they won't let you leave unless you pay it. Just don't go here.
