D	Dayhan Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia muy desagradable, compré paquete de parto, enfrente de mi habitación estuvieron instalando puertas con un ruido que no dejaba descansar, mi alta no salío hasta 3 HRS después, tuve que pagar ingreso de urgencias(cuando había ido a ingresarme por el parto y no de urgencia, xq llegue con poca dilatación) y también cobran 200 pesos extras por el cubrebocas del doctor, cuando fui a reclamar el cobro me tuvieron parada 2 HRS más en lo que me daban respuesta por el cobro, al finale dijeron que no cancelarían el cobro y días después me hablaron para pedirme que regresará xq habían llenado mal el nacido vivo de mi BB, y 2 veces !!!! Pésimo servicio. A very unpleasant experience, I bought a delivery package, in front of my room they were installing doors with a noise that did not let rest, my discharge did not go out until 3 HRS later, I had to pay for emergency admission (when I had gone to enter for the delivery and not urgently, because I arrived with little dilation) and they also charge 200 extra pesos for the doctor's mask, when I went to claim the charge they stopped me for 2 more HRS in which they gave me an answer for the charge, at the end they said they would not cancel the charge and days later they spoke to me to ask me to return because they had filled the live birth of my BB wrongly, and 2 times !!!! Terrible service.
A	Arturo Arias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Dr. Tello es una tranza, marque al hospital para hacer una cita de tomografía estomacal y al llegar no me registraron, hicieron la tomografía y el doctor me cobró , se guardo el dinero y no me dio recibo, el trato horrible, el lugar sucio, el de seguridad recibió un paquete y cuando su compañero le pregunto que era, el grito "un vibrador para cogerme a tu jefa" no vayan a este lugar!!!!!! Porfavor busquen otra opción. Dr. Tello is a tranza, I called the hospital to make an appointment for a stomach scan and when I arrived they did not register me, they did the tomography and the doctor charged me, he kept the money and did not give me a receipt, the horrible treatment, the place dirty, the security received a package and when his partner asked him what it was, he yelled "a vibrator to fuck your boss" don't go to this place !!!!!! Please find another option.

J	Jen Cole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently there on vacation with family and my mom had a very serious head injury, they were amazing we were both nervous and scared as we do not speak the language and did not know how we would get back to the resort 40 minutes away, they not only took excellent care of her but explained and translated everything but arranged a safe and cheap ride back to the resort. Thank you for your care and help during a very scary experience.
