I don't know why I see so many negative comments since I was a child, I've been in that hospital and they are kind and nothing to do with what they say, soon I will have my baby there ??

No pierdan su tiempo viniendo a este pseudo hospital. Pésimo. Incredible the poor attention they give. They don't even have doctors, they want to attend to you by phone and the billing process is an ordeal. Don't waste your time coming to this pseudo hospital. Appalling.

I did not have the displeasure of knowing this hospital, it was the worst experience, they do not respect your time, they spend all their time talking, I do not recommend it at all, we never return!!!!

M	Martha Ortiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy impactada, en una ocasion le negaron la atencion a mi madre por covid, dado que no es hospital covid, o eso decian, pero cual fue mi sorpresa que el director Martinez Navarro tuvo covid y se hospitalizo ahi mismo!! O sea que si es unidad covid para algunos pero para otros no? Que horror!!! Me pregunto si la secretaría de salud tiene conocimiento de esto!!! Afortunadamente mi madre salio bien, pero es deplorable que hagan estas distinciones, y muy mal tanto por el doctor Martinez como por el hospital en si. I am shocked, on one occasion my mother was denied care due to covid, since it is not a covid hospital, or so they said, but what was my surprise that the director Martinez Navarro had covid and was hospitalized right there! So if it is a covid unit for some but not for others? How awful!!! I wonder if the health secretary is aware of this!!! Fortunately, my mother turned out well, but it is deplorable that they make these distinctions, and very bad both for Dr. Martinez and for the hospital itself.
G	Gerardo Loza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble que tengan a practicantes sin supervisión dando consulta. Los tiempos de espera son eternos. El servicio de cajas es lentísimo. Las filas son interminables. Una toma de oxígeno no funciona. Al personal de enfermería lo tienen que estar llame y llame. No saben dar direcciones. Ni te saben dar los costos. Los estudios de laboratorio los tienen que mandar a otras locaciones porque no tienen reactivos. Ni piensen en meter seguro médico porque no trabajan con ellos, pero claro, no está certificado el hospital. Deplorable. No lo recomiendo. Hay mejores opciones a la redonda. Unbelievable that they have unsupervised practitioners giving consultation. Waiting times are eternal. Cashier service is very slow. The lines are endless. An oxygen intake is not working. Nursing staff have to be call and call. They don't know how to give directions. They don't even know how to give you the costs. Laboratory studies have to be sent to other locations because they do not have reagents. Do not even think about getting medical insurance because they do not work with them, but of course, the hospital is not certified. Deplorable. I do not recommend it. There are better options around.
A	Amalia Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a consulta a mi bebé con el doctor Juan Manuel Martínez Navarro y ni siquiera se dignó a aparecer, mandó a unos pasantes, pero la consulta si la cobraron como si hubiera sido el doctor. Para eso, mejor va uno al centro de salud. Entiendo que sea hospital escuela pero uno paga por una atención la cual no se me dio. I took my baby to see Dr. Juan Manuel Martínez Navarro and he did not even deign to appear, he sent some interns, but the consultation was charged as if he had been the doctor. For that, it is better to go to the health center. I understand that it is a teaching hospital but one pays for care that was not given to me.
