P	Perla Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si será un hospital de "primer mundo", muy bonito, muy lujoso, super amables, pero el tercermundismo se les nota cuando uno deja olvidado alguna pertenencia y ya no aparecen y Relaciones Públicas dice "es que no encontraron nada", ni modo, les sugiero a quienes se internen en este "prestigioso" hospital no se les olvide nada porque ya lo tienes que dar por perdido. Yes, it will be a "first world" hospital, very nice, very luxurious, super friendly, but third worldism is noticeable when one forgets some belonging and they no longer appear and Public Relations says "they didn't find anything", no way, I suggest that those who are admitted to this "prestigious" hospital do not forget anything because you have to give it up for lost.

F	Francisco Garcia Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención en el área de urgencias nada seria, me estuvieron insistiendo en hacer una tomografía para mi hijo sin justificación, cuando le dijimos a la Dra que nuestro pediatra no lo recomendó cambiaron su actitud y nos dejaron esperando más de 1 hora, ni siquiera se acercaban y se la pasaban detrás del escritorio platicando, todo por no aceptar pagar el estudio, se comportan como si les dieran comisión por captar más dinero de los pacientes. No había médicos de guarda que pudieran interpretar una radiografía, esperamos 2 horas y nos decían cada vez que preguntábamos que en 10 min llegaba el Dr. Tuvimos que gestionar un alta voluntaria por falta de atención. No me da nada de confianza regresar a ese hospital Attention in the emergency area nothing serious, they were insisting on doing a tomography for my son without justification, when we told the doctor that our pediatrician did not recommend it, they changed their attitude and left us waiting more than 1 hour, they did not even come close and they spent their time behind the desk talking, all for not agreeing to pay for the study, they behave as if they were given a commission for collecting more money from the patients. There were no doctors on duty who could interpret an X-ray, we waited 2 hours and they told us every time we asked that the Dr. would arrive in 10 minutes. We had to manage a voluntary discharge due to lack of care. I don't have any confidence going back to that hospital

Tuve una situación de emergencia con mi bebé que convulsionó por temperatura alta y en ningún hospital de la red de mi aseguradora me lo quisieron admitir por el temor a que se tratará de covid. En este hospital hubo un filtro al inicio para tomar todas las medidas de sanidad, pero JAMÁS me negaron la atención, la enfermera de guardia nos atendió lo más rápido posible y se le informó pronto al médico de guardia quien a su vez llamo al pediatra (muuuy bueno por cierto) y gracias a Dios mi hijo fue atendido rápido y de la mejor manera posible. Nos imaginamos que pagaríamos un cuentononon por la hora y tratarse de una emergencia, pero para nada, nos cobraron muy decente. ¡Felicidades por la gran atención, sigan así! We imagined that we would pay a story for the hour and it was an emergency, but not at all, they charged us very decently. Congratulations for the great attention, keep it up!

V	Vivi Espinosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención de todo el personal del conjunto hospitalario , todo impecable , muy modernas y casi nuevas las instalaciones , nuestra visita fue a la Unidad condominal 2 ( los consultorios dentro del hospital) con el doctor en Ortopedia y traumatología deportiva el Dr. Carlos Alonso Gómez López , somos pacientes la familia y yo de hace muchos años , en esta ocasión la consulta fue para el más peque de la fam . Excelente atención y diagnóstico, de los mejores doctores en ortopedia que pueden encontrar en Guadalajara y toda la zona metropolitana! Además, no pasan los pacientes por los pasillos ordinarios al momento de ingresarlos a quirófano o al salir de ellos. El restaurante es bastante rico y tienen cafés, y una farmacia. Excelente. 5/5.
