★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Servicio Médico muy bueno. El servicio administrativo muy malo. La aseguradora dictamina que el deducible se cubre y el hospital dice que no. No les interesan sus clientes.
 Very good medical service. Very bad administrative service. The insurer says the deductible is met and the hospital says it's not. They don't care about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima área de urgencias, poca empatia, lo único que les importa es sacarte de sus consultorios para meter más pacientes y sacarles dinero por no hacerles nada a los pacientes, en verdad deplorable..
Aparte que solo les importa que tengas seguro medico y te hacen perder infinidad de tiempo con los enfermeros. Los doctores no se dignan a ver a los pacientes y cuando por fin lo hacen es después de esperar más de una hora horrible.. Pierdes todo el día con tu enfermo y no les hacen nada..
Terrible service, terrible emergency area, little empathy, the only thing that matters to them is to get you out of their offices to get more patients and take money from them for not doing anything to the patients, really deplorable...
Apart from that they only care that you have health insurance and they make you waste endless time with the nurses. Doctors don't deign to see patients and when they finally do, it's after waiting more than a horrible hour. You waste the whole day with your patient and they don't do anything to them.

Check-in is quite fast, the staff are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a minor consultation here for a fall I suffered not too long ago, thinking that I was going to break the bank for the service I was going to get. Not so, it seems. The doctors and staff here were friendly and helpful. So I definitely recommend coming here, even if it’s for something minor. Better safe than sorry.
