★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had to go there today for a medical emergency and assistance, they took me in right away and helped me for 2 hrs to recover. They gave me medications that helped instantly. Martha was an amazing doctor, used Google translate to communicate with me and was super helpful.. I'm so grateful for the help I received. (And I only paid about $85 dollars for this visit).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had a very high fever and cough, we went to Reforma on January 19. We received excellent and rapid service. Very attentive and thorough care from Dra. Asuzena Santiago, with clear explanations and follow up instructions provided by the doctor herself. The emergency department is very clean and efficient. Skilled and friendly nursing staff—Juan and Tatiana did a great job. The cost was very reasonable and they accept Visa for laboratory and hospital charges; the doctor’s fees are cash only. (Note that there will be separate charges for the doctor, the hospital, and the labs. Charges were not explained in advance, so be sure to ask prior to accepting care if you are on a budget.) We were very satisfied with our experience and are feeling much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to Reforma early one morning in January 2022 to get help for a GI problem he was having. We were ushered into the Emergency Room, and dealt with a young woman doctor who was both professional and compassionate. She used her phone as a translation aid, and was able to diagnose and issue a prescription within an hour. We were very happy with the quality of service we received. We had some lab work done and got the prescriptions filled at a pharmacy around the corner. The total cost was 500 pesos for the hospital ($25 US), 300 pesos for the lab work ($15 US), and 700 pesos ($35 US) for the medications. A total of $75 US. We would highly recommend Reforma for any simple health need a traveler might have. We cannot speak to more complicated issues such as surgery or major auto accidents.
