★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las secretarias muy amables, pero en atención del médico en especial Dr Velázquez mucho que desear y para escusas contextuales todos podemos darlas... 5 horas para ir al hospital para sacar cita, 2 horas en el tráfico de una ruta de 30 min el día de la cita y una espera de media hora despues del horario de la cita.... 2 días de trabajo perdidos y de recompensa una atención decadente y desinteresada con escusas del contexto por ruidos y según pendientes (fantasma seguramente)... Simplemente tenemos una responsabilidad, cumplir con nuestro trabajo... si elegimos una carrera debe haber vocación más si el trabajo es humano...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, los Doctores solo dan vueltas y vueltas, aún sin que haya pacientes no atienden, y hacen como si no te vieran.., en verdad es un gran fastidio, ya con lo que uno está pasando y encima esto..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy internista, no psiquiatra , sin embargo, una de la urgencias en psiquiatria que requieren hospitalización es cuando un paciente tiene rumiación suicida y ha hecho intentos serios y peligrosos de autolisis. A mi hija que padece TLP y ciclotimía; y, ahora esta en cuadro depresivo mayor y ha tenido ese intento suicida grave ( por el uso de betabloquesores a dosis altísima) NO la quizo aceptar la subdirectora vespertina; argumento que no nos corresponde por regionalización; lo cual si bien es cierto, se le explico que en la clínica 23 Hospital "Morelos" la habían tratado muy mal previamente.
Soy jubilado del IMSS con 30 años de antiguedad con intachable record. Mi esposa tiene casi 27 de antiguedad en el Instituto, es enfermera especialista y, con todo así no trato esa "Doctora"!
I am an internist, not a psychiatrist, however, one of the emergencies in psychiatry that require hospitalization is when a patient has suicidal rumination and has made serious and dangerous attempts at autolysis. To my daughter who suffers from BPD and cyclothymia; And now she is in a major depressive condition and has had that serious suicide attempt (due to the use of beta-blockers at a very high dose). The deputy director did NOT want to accept her; argument that does not correspond to us by regionalization; Which although it is true, she was explained that in the clinic 23 Hospital "Morelos" they had previously treated her very badly.
I am a 30-year-old retiree from the IMSS with an unblemished record. My wife is almost 27 years old at the Institute, she is a specialist nurse, and yet that is not how I treat that "Doctor"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, es una clínica de psiquiatría, los médicos deberían saber actuar ante estas situaciones, la señora que atiende en la ventanilla, super amargada y con mala gana contesta. ¿Hasta cuando el IMSS tendrá este mal concepto con las recepcionistas?
