★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar extremadamente corrupto e incompetente, la comunidad al desconocer la cobertura del seguro popular, les hacen comprar hasta Paracetamol, es entendible que no siempre se tienen recursos en un hospital pero hacer negocio al cobrar cantidades exorbitantes por cirugías en hospitales públicos de la Ciudad de México donde son completamente gratuitas y lo único que hacen es el traslado ya que el papeleo lo hace el familiar del paciente, da a entender la corrupción y el negocio dentro de este pseudohospital aprovechándoseque la mayoría de la comunidad son personas migrantes y pagan lo que sea por el mejor tratamiento para su familiar. Sin mencionar la negligencia médica al hacer traqueostomias por médicos generales sin título universitario y no un otorrinolaringólogo o especialista calificado.
 An extremely corrupt and incompetent place, the community, unaware of the popular insurance coverage, makes them buy even Paracetamol, it is understandable that they do not always have resources in a hospital but do business by charging exorbitant amounts for surgeries in public hospitals in the City of Mexico where they are completely free and the only thing they do is the transfer since the paperwork is done by the patient's family member, it implies corruption and the business within this pseudo-hospital taking advantage of the fact that most of the community are migrants and pay whatever for the best treatment for your family member. Not to mention medical negligence in having tracheostomies done by general practitioners without a college degree and not a qualified ENT specialist or specialist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hosital mas incompleto. Dicen que no estan equipados para situaciónes de emergencia. Falta de laboratorio equipo medico y de mas aparatos. En realidad la reforma de salud es una porqueria el seguro popular y no se cuanta mentira que cuando necesitas un servicio medico te la niegan.
A more incomplete hospital. They say they are not equipped for emergency situations. Lack of laboratory medical equipment and more devices. In reality, health care reform is popular shit and I don't know how much a lie that when you need a medical service they deny it to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien, personal muy eficiente tanto administrativo como personal médico.
Lo único malo es que en el laboratorio no cuentan con lo necesario para hacer todos los estudios que ellos mismos solicitan y eso es incongruente sobre todo tratándose de estudios de patología sencillos.
All good, very efficient staff both administrative and medical staff.
The only bad thing is that the laboratory does not have what is necessary to do all the studies that they request and that is incongruous, especially in the case of simple pathology studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en este ospital nos toco yebar a un familiar y primero nos pidieron que teniamos que aser un pago para que lo atendiera viendo que el paciente estaba muy delicado tardaron barias horas y desgraciadamente el fayecio y eyos no isieron nada eso es negligencia medica y todavia le querian poner que avia fallecido de covid asta que pudimos contactar ala trabajadora social y eya fue que los iso que le pusieran realmente la causa de su muerte. Yo me pregunto porque primero quieren cobrar y despues atender aun paciente o eso son las reglas del ospital.
Terrible service in this hospital we had to go to a relative and first they asked us to make a payment to attend to him seeing that the patient was very delicate, it took several hours and unfortunately he and they did not see anything that is medical negligence and still They wanted to tell him that avia died of covid until we could contact the social worker and it was that the iso who really put the cause of his death. I wonder why they want to charge first and then attend to a patient or that is the hospital's rules.

Mi sobrino está internado desde hace 2 días, solo fue para que le retiraran la placa de su pierna y es hora de que aún no lo hacen . Le abrieron y le retiraron 6 tornillos de los 8 que tiene, pero algo ocurrió y ahora dicen que para retirarle los otros tienen que traer un instrumento especial y que Además lo harían mañana jueves porque hoy miércoles el bendito doctor no trabaja así que le cerraron la herida y mañana se la abren otra vez y los gastos siguen corriendo.
Que clase de ética tienen estos pseudo doctores? Por Dios es un niño de 12 años y lo tienen tirado como si fuese nada, abrendolo y cerrandolo cuando se les antoja!!
Disastrous!!

They opened and removed 6 of the 8 screws that he has, but something happened and now they say that to remove the others they have to bring a special instrument and that they would also do it tomorrow Thursday because today the blessed doctor does not work so they closed the wounded and tomorrow they open it again and the expenses continue to run.
What kind of ethics do these pseudo doctors have? For God's sake it's a 12-year-old boy and they have it thrown away like it was nothing, opening and closing it whenever they feel like it !!
