★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay carencia de personal médico e insumos, se cometen muchas iatrogenias por los médicos rurales, quienes no tienen especialidades reales. El hospital se mantiene a base de pasantes y residentes. El presidente había dicho que era ilegal pedirle insumos a los pacientes lo cual se hace a diario en este hospital. Se comete violencia obstetrica con las pacientes, se les presiona para que acepten metodos anticonceptivos, y se abusa de las cesareas innecesarias.
There is a lack of medical personnel and supplies, many iatrogens are committed by rural doctors, who do not have real specialties. The hospital is supported by interns and residents. The president had said that it was illegal to ask patients for supplies, which is done daily in this hospital. Obstetric violence is committed against patients, they are pressured to accept contraceptive methods, and unnecessary caesarean sections are abused.
