★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para nuestra sorpresa la experiencia fue muy agradable. Estábamos de visita y un familiar se fracturó un pie y la trasladamos a esta unidad donde el personal fue muy amable. La revisaron y le inmovilizaron el pie para poder transportarla a otro hospital porque por ser domingo no había servicio de rayos x ni un ortopedista. Nos indicaron por donde ir si decidiéramos ir al hospital regional más cercano pero optamos por regresar a la CDMX.
 To our surprise the experience was very pleasant. We were visiting and a relative broke his foot and we transferred her to this unit where the staff was very friendly. They checked her and immobilized her foot to be able to transport her to another hospital because since it was Sunday there was no x-ray service or an orthopedist. They told us where to go if we decided to go to the nearest regional hospital but we opted to return to CDMX.

Si han visto memes o juegos a cerca del personal del imss aquí no es la excepción, el trato es pésimo, nunca hay nadie en el área que te toca, te citan pero nadie te atiende y cuando te llegan atender lo hacen con una carota de odio y desprecio como si odiaran su vida! Mal servicio y eso que son área de prevención y cuidado de la salud! Vaya lugar

If you have seen memes or games about the imss staff, here is no exception, the treatment is terrible, there is never anyone in the area that touches you, they summon you but no one attends to you and when they come to attend you they do it with a face of hate and despise as if they hate his life!
