★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ya que te citan a úna hora y pareciera que la recepcionista sabe que el dr no va a llegar (pero aún así te cita) no tiene la cortesía de informar se esconde y no sale para nada, hacen perder el tiempo, lastima por que hay muy buenos especialistas y por las personas de recepción quedan mal todos.
Si vendrán tomen en cuenta que perderán todo el día y eso a ver si los atienden, por que esta claro que las recepcionistas no dan la cara.
Espere 3 horas y no me atendieron pero eso si pagas antes de que te atiendan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las primeras atenciones de verdad fueron excelentes, las subsecuentes de seguimiento de verdad dejan mucho que desear, poniendo peros para autorizar un simple medicamento que termine por comprarlo cerca de casa ya que por tiempos de traslado no me resultaba conveniente regresar por el medicamento, posteriormente según el especialista me mandó 5 sesiones de rehabilitación a lo que me informaron que no serían con ellos pero que días después se pondrían en contacto conmigo, mi última consulta con ortopedia fue el 5 de febrero y la rehabilitación me fue programada para el día 11 de marzo de verdad 1 mes después ya de nada me servía ya que incluso ya estaba laborando de forma normal, termine por pagar en otro lugar para terminar mi atención

El diagnóstico fue muy ambiguo, no hubo apoyo por parte del personal para ver el reembolso con el seguro de gastos médicos mayores. Inclusive cobran por llenar los formatos de las aseguradoras, no nos facilitaron documentos solicitados por las mismas, siempre largas por parte de los administrativos.

They even charge to fill out the forms of the insurers, they did not provide us with the documents requested by them, always lengthy by the administrators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se preocuparon más por cobrar que por atender a mi hijo, era una urgencia y en lugar de atenderlo me pedían su CURP y mi INE, cuando lo pasaron a consulta medio limpiaron la herida y pusieron un pedazo de tela adesiva, lo único que les importa es el dinero, terminé llevándolo a otra clínica para que lo atendieran como se debe, perdida de tiempo y dinero ?. La estrella solo es para poder dejar la queja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría, ya que fui al Hospital y la atención desde la recepción fue muy nefasta, al momento de atenderme se portaron bastante groseros y ni si quiera me dieron el diagnostico, lo formatos de Gasto Médico se puede decir que me lo cobraron, decidí notificar a mi agente y salir para entrar al Hospital San José Texcoco en donde la atención desde la primer llamada fue cordial y educada, les dejo el número del Hospital por si lo ocupan (55) 8332 0605 suerte a todos.!
