★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un mes tuve mi parto por convenio de reina madre, fue una cesaria imprevista de emergencia, y debo decir que todo, absolutamente todo estuvo de 10, desde el inicio, las enfermeras, los camilleros, los doctores, y hasta creo recursos humanos,todos muy atentos y amables. La comida rica, a tiempo. La limpieza igual. Maxima seguridad con mi bebé al salir y entrar, piden los datos de los brazaletes que nos dan. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recepción en servicio de urgencias fue discriminatoria y al pagar a través de aseguradora me dejaron sin atención médicamentos durante rl tiempo que tardo el tratime de cierre con la asegurado, en mi caso fuero 18 Hrs y ne me permitieron ni pagarlos por fuera ni ingresarlos de manera personal.
The reception in the emergency service was discriminatory and when paying through the insurer they left me without medical attention during the time it took for the closing process with the insured, in my case it was 18 hours and they did not allow me to pay them out or enter them from personal way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super amables todos los empleados, en recepción me atendió Nancy que es muy atenta y explica con detalle los procesos, las enfermeras que te atienden también muy amables, pendientes de uno en todo lo que necesité durante mi estancia, todo super limpio, la comida regular pero así son en el hospital, todo el equipo médico de primera, la limpieza a cada rato, solo un detalle :s, había un ruido muy fuerte tanto de día como de noche, como si arrancara el equipo de aire acondicionado, horrible, no te deja dormir, de ahí en fuera lo recomiendo. La habitación tiene un sillón, sofá cama, ventilador de torre, aire acondicionado, baño con regadera, te dan tu kit de aseo personal, toallas, por temas de Covid NO SE ACEPTAN VISITAS, solo puede acceder el familiar que se va a quedar contigo todo el tiempo, te dan la opción de relevar por la noche, pero no de estar sube y baje a cada rato. Todo muy ordenado, se tardan algo en pasar a cobrar y no te puedes echar a correr jajajaja....XD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El procedimiento fue una cesarea en enero de 2022 (SAI Universidad). El procedimiento se llevó a cabo de manera normal, no se presentaron complicaciones.
En resumen, estas son las razones por las que jamás volveré a atender a mi familia ahi y jamás recomendaría a nadie hacerlo:
(1) El servicio de enfermería es malo, algunas enfermeras tienen buena atención pero otras tantas no, esto no lo considero aceptable.
(2) Nadie se dió cuenta que el analgesico (ya en la etapa de recuperación) se estaba filtrando al musculo en lugar de ir a la vena. Esto causó mucho dolor en la paciente y lo peor fue que varias enfermeras mostraron nula empatía, incluso señalando que la paciente tenia bajo umbral de dolor. Considero que las enfermeras y los doctores debieron darse cuenta muchas horas antes de cual era el problema real, además de mostrar empatía con la paciente. Esto lo considero inaceptable.
(3) El costo de la cirugía superó cualquier presupuesto imaginable, fueron 72,000 pesos (consideren que no hubo ninguna complicación ni de la paciente ni del bebe). Una mala práctica es que el hospital se negó de manera anticipada a compartir por escrito un presupuesto aduciendo que era complicado hacerlo, el presupuesto que verbalmente nos compartieron era de 35-50 mil pesos cuando más. El día del alta médica tienen la mala práctica de no entregarte al bebé hasta que pagues la cuenta. La cuenta no la pude revisar porque no soy experto y mi médico estaba ocupado. Entonces tuve que pagar para poder reunir a la bebe con su madre y hablar con mi médico después, quien me indicó que la cuenta era demasiada pero que seguramente no podria hacer nada ya al respecto.
(4) Solicité una investigación en el área de "relaciones públicas". Esta área tiene una pésima atención al cliente. Después de insistir por semanas en conocer el resultado, me indicaron que mi queja no procedió y que no podian hacer más nada. La manera en que trabajan me parece totalmente ventajosa.

(3) The cost of the surgery exceeded any imaginable budget, it was 72,000 pesos (consider that there were no complications for either the patient or the baby). A bad practice is that the hospital refused to share a written budget in advance, arguing that it was difficult to do so, the budget that they shared with us verbally was 35-50 thousand pesos at most. On the day of medical discharge they have the bad practice of not giving you the baby until you pay the bill. I couldn't review the account because I'm not an expert and my doctor was busy. So I had to pay to be able to reunite the baby with her mother and talk to my doctor afterwards, who told me that the bill was too much but that surely he couldn't do anything about it anymore.
(4) I requested an investigation in the area of "public relations". This area has terrible customer service. After insisting for weeks on knowing the result, they told me that my complaint did not proceed and that they could not do anything else. The way they work seems totally advantageous to me.

Se ve bastante actualizado en infraestructura, limpio y ordenado, cuenta con estacionamiento y una isla para bajar a tu paciente justo en la entrada. Consultorio del piso 7 bastante cómodo. Satisfecha con el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me realizaron mi cesárea aquí por convenio con Reina Madre y el servicio del hospital es excelente, todo el personal del hospital muy atento y amable.
La comida muy rica y en porciones razonables, para mí acompañante no estaba incluída pero el servicio al cuarto muy rápido y con costos accesibles, el sofá cama es aceptablemente cómodo y dan cobijas extra si las solicitas.
El carrito-cuna contaba con pañales, leche, toallitas.
La seguridad es muy buena también, mi bebé no salía ni entraba de la habitación sin que verificarán el código de su brazalete, los camilleros un amor, casi me suben cargando a mi auto el día que salí. :)

The food is very tasty and in reasonable portions, for my companion it was not included but the room service is very fast and with affordable costs, the sofa bed is acceptably comfortable and they give extra blankets if you request them.
The crib cart had diapers, milk, wipes.
Security is very good too, my baby did not leave or enter the room without having the code on his bracelet verified, the orderlies, a sweetheart, they almost put me in my car the day I left. :)
