C	Cinthia Mora-Villarreal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui en domingo, después de recorrer varias clínicas conocidas dizque por buena atención donde me exigen hacerme la prueba de covid para poder ingresar a la consulta de urgencias, NO TENIA NINGUN SINTOMA DE ESA ENFERMEDAD el Dr que me atendió muy amable, y a las 24 hrs note mejoría, realmente lo recomiendo I went on Sunday, after visiting several well-known clinics supposedly for good care where they require me to take the covid test to be able to enter the emergency room, I DID NOT HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF THIS DISEASE, the Dr who attended me very kindly, and at 24 hours notice improvement, I really recommend it

Cuando en el punto uno del filtro sanitario dice: SOLO SE PERMITE LA ENTRADA DE UN ACOMPAÑANTE POR PACIENTE EN HOSPITALIZACIÓN O CONSULTA... Y no hay igualdad entre los que entran o se les permite el acceso. Terrible attention at the entrance, the "guard" or those in charge of the door do not allow access to a companion. When in point one of the sanitary filter it says: ONLY ONE ACCOMPANYING PERSON PER PATIENT IS ALLOWED FOR HOSPITALIZATION OR CONSULTATION ... And there is no equality between those who enter or are allowed access.

s	stephanie arellano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is were I experienced the worse medical treatment ever. I has a mass form my chest removed 2 years ago from here and I hope things have changed. My operation postponed for hours with no explanation and when asked the doctor came upset to my room. (I mean we were paying out of pocket and a quick explanation was all that was needed) Nursing staff was not kind and I don't understand what was told to the doctor that he came upset to my room and he continued to be upset up until the moment he operated.I came out the surgery with a swollen lip, probably due to rough tubing. I was blamed and was told that I probably bit my own lip by the doctor. I still remember the experience and I regret going through it and wasting my money. A lot of tears were shed. Don't go here only for the convenience of being close to the border. There are better hospitals throughout matamorros.
M	Mayra Fernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On January 14 I had a surgery at San Charbel Hospital and Dr. Salum was my surgeon. Dr. Antonio Salum, gynecologist and oncologist, is an excellent doctor! He is very knowledgeable and patient and has been watching my overall health progress very closely. The services at the hospital was also excellent. The nurses were fantastic, very patient and helpful when I needed them. The room and the entire hospital were very clean. Housekeepers everywhere making sure everything looked just perfect. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of my anesthesiologist but it was a man in his 50s who was also fantastic! Overall, I'm very pleased and thankful with the service I received at San Charbel Hospital and their fantastic team. Sorry, I wasnt able to take more pictures at the Hospital.
