★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decir pésimo sería un alhago, desafortunadamente tuve la mala suerte de solicitar una consulta subrogada por parte de Isssteson. La "atención" por parte de tres recepcionistas del Md. Carlos A. Valenzuela Galaz. (Cardiólogo), es pésima, son arrogantes y groseras. Cabe aclarar que si acuden a este lugar deben demostrar la capacidad de pago primero para recibir un buena atención, porque nos tratan COMO CLIENTES NO COMO PACIENTES.

 To say lousy would be a jewel, unfortunately I was unlucky enough to request a surrogate consultation from Isssteson. The "attention" from three receptionists from Md. Carlos A. Valenzuela Galaz. (Cardiologist), it's lousy, they're arrogant and rude. It should be clarified that if they go to this place they must first demonstrate the ability to pay to receive good care, because they treat us AS CLIENTS NOT AS PATIENTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habia tenido muy buen servicio hasta que me tope en Urgencias con Un Cirujano Ortopedista Victor H. Molina, Diagnostico errático que me esta costando tiempo y mucho Dinero por no haber atendido con seriedad las lesiones, una pena.
I had had very good service until I ran into an Orthopedic Surgeon Victor H. Molina in the Emergency Room, an erratic diagnosis that is costing me time and a lot of money for not having treated the injuries seriously, a shame.

súper buenos para cobrar y precios hasta los cielos, pero en atención al paciente y al familiar increíblemente MALO
Súper mala atención en todas las áreas de farmacia, cobro, enfermeras, doctores (solo dos de los doctores de tres que nos atendieron), personal de comida, personal de registro de ingreso y entre más.
Los únicos con buena atención son los de seguridad.
If I could qualify with 0.1 out of 5 it would be better, zero in attention, care, manners, in EVERYTHING!!!
super good to charge and prices to the heavens, but in patient and family care incredibly BAD
Super bad attention in all areas of pharmacy, billing, nurses, doctors (only two of the three doctors who attended us), food staff, check-in staff and more.
The only ones with good attention are the security ones.
