★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los doctores fueron muy buenos, pero en cuanto ala hora de ingresar se te pide un deposito x adelantado y cuando translade a mi hija del hospital a otro hospital se me entregó un recibo que me regresarían 79 mil pesos y sin ninguna explicación me depositaron 18 mil ala cuenta, pésimo servicio al cliente y no es justo que hagan las cosas sin consentimiento del cliente, en menos de 72 hrs se me cobro 500 mil pesos y a mi hija se le hicieron sólo dos cirugías las cuales se le volvieron a hacer en el otro hospital !
The doctors were very good, but as for the time of admission, they ask for an advance deposit and when I transferred my daughter from the hospital to another hospital, I was given a receipt that would return 79 thousand pesos and without any explanation they deposited 18 thousand on account, lousy customer service and it's not fair that they do things without the customer's consent, in less than 72 hours I was charged 500 thousand pesos and my daughter only had two surgeries which were done again in the other hospital !
