★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un par de meses operaron a mi madre y toda la experiencia fue sencilla, cómoda y sin contratiempos; el precio del paquete me pareció más que justo y accesible. El otorrinolaringólogo es buenísimo, el anestesiólogo también, son bellísimas personas y grandes profesionales.
 A couple of months ago my mother had surgery and the whole experience was simple, comfortable and without setbacks; the price of the package seemed more than fair and accessible. The otorhinolaryngologist is great, the anesthesiologist too, they are beautiful people and great professionals.

Pésimo lugar, llegue con un fractura en la mano y la dra. encargada de urgencias no se digno ni a tocarme, ya no se diga tomarme pulso o darme algo para el dolor, además de que me dejaron casi 2 horas esperando pero eso si la dra. de urgencias si me cobro cuando no me hizo absolutamente nada y cuando digo nada es literalmente nada como lo dije ni siquiera me toco.
Después de de 2 horas me cobraron casi $6000 por no hacerme NADA

Terrible place, I arrived with a broken hand and Dr. The emergency room manager doesn't even know how to touch me, let alone take my pulse or give me something for the pain, plus they left me waiting almost 2 hours, but that's if Dr. from the emergency room if he charged me when he did absolutely nothing to me and when I say nothing it is literally nothing as I said it, he didn't even touch me.
After 2 hours they charged me almost $6000 for doing NOTHING to me

Llevaron a mi mamá de urgencias porque la atropellaron y nos dijeron que tenían dos infartados así que estaban llenos... y no la podían recibir. Después de casi 40 minutos la pasaron y la revisión que le "hicieron" a nada dio lo mismo. Cómo iba de parte de una aseguradora no querían hacerle estudios, placas ni nada. Acabamos pidiendo cambio de hospital ya que se negaban a dar el servicio y todo lo querían cobrar por fuera, cuándo la aseguradora cubre todo.
Mal, jamás regresaríamos ahí...

They took my mom to the emergency room because she was run over and they told us that they had two heart attacks so they were full... and they couldn't receive her. After almost 40 minutes they passed it and the revision that they "made" nothing gave the same. How was he from an insurer they didn't want to do studies, plates or anything. We ended up requesting a change of hospital since they refused to provide the service and wanted to charge everything outside, when the insurer covers everything.
Wrong, we would never go back there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a urgencias por una lesión en el pie y me atendió el Dr. Hugo Hernández Sosa. Excelente médico Traumatólogo, me explico todo muy bien, se porto muy amable, me puso mi yeso, me entrego mi factura al día siguiente y me dio seguimiento hasta darme de alta. Hoy me siento muy bien, no me duele nada y siempre que puedo recomiendo sus servicios. Si necesitan un traumatólogo no duden en pedir por él.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es importante le compartan el historial clínico a los pacientes, quizás no los originales pero si por cualquier emergencia tener antecedentes e historial clínico. Ya que de lo contrario parece que le niegan el derecho a la salud en ese u otro hospital, atentando con la atención con la que posteriormente se pueda dar, por no tener como comprobar su historial clínico ya que de gratis no lo hicieron y es justo tener dicha información.
Ojalá puedan atender la solicitud o indicar con quien dirigirse.
