★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en todos los aspectos una decordinacion garrafal entre enfermeras, medicos y personal en general al grado de no saber dónde o cuáles son los presedimientos, ya que no se pasan los seguimientos entrecada turno.

 Bad service in all aspects, a tremendous coordination between nurses, doctors and staff in general to the point of not knowing where or what the pre-trials are, since the follow-ups are not passed between each shift.
and their senseless protocols. But hey ........ It's your fault for consuming their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio entrada 9am (dolor por vesícula) pase a cuarto listo desde la 1 pm, al paciente lo pasan a habitación HASTA las 3:30 después de haber comido en URGENCIAS, le dicen al cliente/pasiente su cuarto ya está listo, minutos después el Televisor no jala, la Cama no jala, la logística de este Hospital es un asco mejor el Muguerza o el Zambrano, ya que las instalaciones y logística administrativa de éste "Hospital" es un asco y más para la sanidad y los trámites de seguros (AXA ..etc)
Terrible service at 9am entrance (gallbladder pain) go to the room ready from 1 pm, the patient is taken to the room UNTIL 3:30 after having eaten in the EMERGENCY, they tell the client/patient his room is ready, minutes later the TV does not pull, the bed does not pull, the logistics of this Hospital is disgusting better than Muguerza or Zambrano, since the facilities and administrative logistics of this "Hospital" is disgusting and even more so for health and insurance procedures (AXA..etc)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hospital i have ever visited. I am an expat on a short term assignment in Monterrey. I faced some emergency health issues and went to urgent care at this hospital. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. in urgent care "Dr Rocio Aridna" was great and kind. Since i could not speak Spanish, she took me around and got all tests done. She truly went over and beyond her role to help me out.
