★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un Excelente Hospital, atención y servicios de calidad.... mi doctor no trabaja específicamente ahí pero en cuestiones de hospitalización sin ningún problema llega... me encanta porque tiene un amplio estacionamiento, cuenta con cafetería, mucha tranquilidad y los cuartos son confortable tanto para los pacientes como para los familiares. Felicidades Hospital San Lucas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente me sentía súper mal, tenía una mega infección en el estómago, y con los síntomas en todo su esplendor, decidí ir a este hospital, he recibido una atención de 1er nivel, me encuentro altamente satisfecho, el precio esta en relación con el servicio. Estuve hospitalizado 3 horas, durante las cuales recibi una excelente atención.
Mi reconocimiento a las Doctora Yolanda Castellanos excelente profesional de la salud, y no puedo dejar de mencionar a Gael un enfermero con mucha humanidad. Gracias por sus atenciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable y atento el personal médico, sin embargo no cuentan con las medidas de sanidad desde que entra uno no hay ni tapete sanitizante ni chequeo de temperatura, y me ha tocado ver tanto personal como familiar de paciente sin cubrebocas, ojalá y pongan atención en esos detalles, lo demás muy bien como dije la atención

Se recibió mal trato por parte del personal quien se atrevió a decir que si no contaba con el efectivo Suficiente como pretendia pagar una operación. De corazón mejor busquen otra opción donde no tengan a basura como personal. Y x si me responden que no encuentran registro de mi visita y que soy un cliente ficticio no es así, soy familiar de un paciente así que no estoy inventando nada, mejor asegúrense en capacitar y humanizar a su personal que muchísima falta les hace.
Terrible service, they charge a fee and are anything but human. Bad treatment was received from the staff who dared to say that if they did not have enough cash, they would like to pay for an operation. From the heart you better look for another option where you do not have garbage as a staff. And if they answer me that they do not find a record of my visit and that I am a fictitious client, it is not like that, I am a relative of a patient so I am not inventing anything, better make sure to train and humanize your staff that they are sorely missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos servicios hospitalarios, sus costos corresponden a la calidad de sus servicios.
He ocupado 3 veces este hospital, pero esta última, vi que cuentan con algunos perros sueltos en el área externa y en el estacionamiento, y en una ocasión venia un niño corriendo y esos perros le ladraron y se espantó mucho, además que estos perros dejan regadas sus heces por donde quiera, y por ser una institución de salud, deberían tener cuidado para evitar focos de infección.
Podrían implementar alguna acción para tener control de ellos.

I have occupied this hospital 3 times, but this last one, I saw that they have some loose dogs in the outdoor area and in the parking lot, and on one occasion a child came running and those dogs barked at him and he was very scared, besides that these dogs leave spilled their feces wherever they want, and being a health institution, they should be careful to avoid sources of infection.
They could implement some action to take control of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quizás una de los mejores edificios para una clinica/hospital. Construido con ese propósito no tiene problemas de estacionamiento y cuenta con espacios amplios.
El personal no esta bien capacitado, algunos enfermeros batallan para poner una intravenosa, otros atienden de mala gana a los pacientes y/o evitan bañarlos o cambiarlos.
Y al igual que la mayoría de las clínicas en Chiapas, cuarto "economico" pero insumos y medicamentos exagerados! Entre otras cosas te cobran el medicamento a mas del doble de costo de la patente y te ponen un genérico. Exageran con todo sin avisarte de los costos. Revisen su cuenta, administran mal sus cobros y puede que le cobren dos veces.
Por si fuera poco, pese a que el edificio es nuevo, todos los aparatos que vi son modelos viejos (10 años +) o de segunda mano.
Pero si, es mejor que la mayoría aquí.

And like most clinics in Chiapas, "cheap" room but exaggerated supplies and medications! Among other things they charge you the medicine at more than double the cost of the patent and they put you a generic. They exaggerate with everything without notifying you of the costs. Check your account, they mismanage your collections and you may be charged twice.
As if that were not enough, despite the fact that the building is new, all the devices I saw are old models (10 years +) or second-hand.
But yeah, it's better than most here.
