★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El otro día me encontraba muy grave, lo malo fue que eran altas horas de la madrugada cuando necesitaba atención médica, el hospital de urgencias más cercano era este y al llegar al lugar se encontraba cerrado y el de seguridad en turno se portó muy grosero, la verdad no pude hacer nada por lo mismo de las condiciones en las que iba... hacen publicidad engañosa sobre que es un lugar abierto 24 horas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya me alivie una vez ahí y la verdad me trataron super bien a pesar de que todavía no pagaba mi plan no tuve ninguna grosería de parte de nadie al contrario me atendieron super bien
Y mi segunda experiencia fue un accidente con mi bebe me lleve tremendo susto pero super linda la enfermera paz me tranquilizó muy buen personal me encanta ese hospital
Y mi tercera experiencia será con mi segundo parto que será el 5 de agosto del 2020 asta ahora me an atendido muy bien y deacuerdo con la pandemia tienen sus debido protocolo y son muy responsables en este aspecto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención en el área administrativa. Te cobran cosas que no usaste, torundas que no tienen (usan papel de baño con alcohol). Pastillas que no te dan, etc. Mucho ojo al revisar tu factura. El reembolso no es en los días que te dicen.....se vuelve un dor de cabeza.
