Parece que les pides un favor.. ya parece el imss... Mejor pedimos el reembolso y nos fuimos a otro hospital.... Terrible service... Es un hospital muy profesional, cualquier problemática te la resuelven de inmediato, mi familia y yo quedamos agradecidos por el servicio que se nos brindó, hubo un enfermero del turno de la tarde de nombre Luis quien fue quien estuvo a cada momento con mi paciente, la chica de trabajo social quien tuvo un digno acompañamiento con todos nosotros y por último las chicas de recepción quienes siempre nos recibieron con una sonrisa a pesar de que fuéramos unos familiares muy preguntones. A pesar de que fue su culpa, no se preocuparon por conseguirle el oxígeno que necesitaba y estuvo esforzándose por más de 20 minutos; tuvo que ser un alma caritativa la que le consiguiera el tanque.
