About Hospital Santa Rosa de Viterbo
El Hospital Santa Rosa de Viterbo es uno de los más antiguos de la Ciudad de Querétaro. Fue construido hace más de 40 años por un grupo de médicos emprendedores. Su época de esplendor como el mejor en su tiempo fue durante un periodo de más de 20 años.
A partir de Octubre del año 2012 abrió nuevamente sus instalaciones. Este ambicioso proyecto tiene como finalidad otorgar servicios de la más alta calidad y calidez para la población de un nivel socioeconómico medio. Cuenta con total apego a la normatividad tanto nacional como internacional en materia de seguridad del paciente. Es por eso que, somos uno de los 5 hospitales en el estado de Querétaro en obtener la certificación del Consejo de Salubridad General de los 74 registrados en la Dirección General de Información en Salud del Estado de Querétaro y el primero en su clase por infraestructura y diseño.
Entre los temas más destacados que fueron calificados, está la aplicación de las Acciones Esenciales de Seguridad del Paciente (AESP). Esto trata sobre la importancia del extremo cuidado que brindamos a nuestros pacientes en la operatividad diaria del hospital. Es importante destacar que, para mantener la certificación, debemos someternos a continuas evaluaciones tanto aleatorias como intencionadas. Esta es una ventaja competitiva que nos exigirá continuar implementando y mejorando nuestro Modelo de Seguridad del Paciente. 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo el lugar. Estuve dos noches por una cirugía. Las enfermeras no te saben explicar tus dudas sobre la recuperación. Durante la noche se la pasan entrando y prendiendo la luz abruptamente, obvio no te dejan dormir más de dos horas seguidas. Finalmente no me quieren dar factura de los gastos.
 I do not recommend the place. I stayed two nights for surgery. The nurses don't know how to explain your doubts about recovery. During the night they go in and turn on the light abruptly, obviously they don't let you sleep for more than two hours at a time. Finally they don't want to give me an invoice for the expenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer fui a sacarme unas radiografías como a las 6:30, y todo bien hasta ese momento, sin embargo para que te impriman las radiografías tiene un costo extra y el precio no me pareció muy económico, entonces te dan una página, usuario y contraseña para que se lo pases a tu medico y pueda entrar, pues se las envie a mi Dra y me decia que no podia verlas, llame y me dijo que la chica ya se había ido y que hasta el otro dia a las 7am podian hacer algo, se lo imaginan? Lo mío afortunadamente no era algo muy grave, pero alguien que este en otra situación y depende mas de las placas para saber como se prosigue y le dicen no hasta mañana pues es algo bastante irresponsable del hospital, espere como me dijeron y varias horas después aun no se veian, hoy en la mañana lo intenté y seguía igual, llame y la chica ne dijo, actualiza, ya lo actualice yo, y efectivamente ya las pude ver, pero que mala onda que pudo hacer su trabajo bien desde ayer y no hacerme esperar hasta el otro día para presionar un botón
De verdad que pésimo servicio por parte de ese departamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While traveling I twisted my ankle and stopped in for a simple x-rays. They found a fracture and a torn ligament. They were able to do surgery the same day for 5% of what it would have cost in the USA. Amazing customer service. I only speak a little Spanish and they always had their mobile phones and Google translate to make sure I understood everything. Highly recommend them and the on-call orthopedic surgeon Dr. Humberto Martinez was fantastic.
