★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible la atención del personal. El estacionamiento es muy caro. Comparado con los demas, una hora aquí equivale a todo un día en el de a lado. Las instalaciones no son amigables para las personas con problemas para caminar.
Horrible staff attention. Parking is very expensive. Compared to the others, an hour here equals a whole day on the next door. The facilities are not friendly for people with walking problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del oftalmólogo Julio Alatorre Ricardo, agendamos cita para mi hija de un año, por obvias razones estaba asustada así que lloró, el médico muy poco profesional simplemente salió del consultorio para decirle a su asistente que no nos podían atender porque estaba haciendo ruido. Pasamos a recepción para mencionar lo sucedido y la solución que nos daban era que mi hija viniera en otro horario tranquila y con otro doctor.
Ojalá y hubiera leído antes los comentarios/reseñas de este médico porque al parecer no es la primera vez que da una mal atención. El servicio que da no es gratis, se paga por ello y la cita ya estaba agendada!
Terrible attention from the ophthalmologist Julio Alatorre Ricardo, we made an appointment for my one-year-old daughter, for obvious reasons she was scared so she cried, the very unprofessional doctor simply left the office to tell his assistant that they could not attend us because he was doing noise. We went to reception to mention what happened and the solution they gave us was for my daughter to come at another quiet time and with another doctor.
I wish I had read the comments / reviews of this doctor before because apparently it is not the first time that he gives bad care. The service it gives is not free, you pay for it and the appointment was already scheduled!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Referente a maternidad, este hospital por el tipo de servicios y costos se podría comparar con el ginequito o muguerza conchita.
Si bien la atención y las instalaciones no es como un hospital público, tampoco esperes algo a la altura de los otros dos hospitales mencionados aquí.
El inmobiliario ya dentro de la zona de hospitalización le hace falta mantenimiento.
Al personal le falta actualización sobre cuidados de pacientes puerpera y de recién nacido.
Por errores de pericia de personal se nos hizo dar vueltas que no estaban contempladas al lugar.
Si tuviera la oportunidad de volver a elegir, tomaría alguna de las otras opciones con lo que respecta a maternidad.
Regarding maternity, this hospital for the type of services and costs could be compared to the gynecologist or muguerza conchita.
While the care and facilities are not like a public hospital, don't expect anything on par with the other two hospitals mentioned here either.
The property already within the hospitalization area needs maintenance.
The staff lacks updates on postpartum and newborn care.
Due to errors in personnel expertise, we were made to do tours that were not contemplated at the place.
If I had the opportunity to choose again, I would take one of the other options when it comes to motherhood.

- Muy pobres instalaciones, feas y viejas:
Tuve que esperar en una “sala de espera” que es el lobby del hospital al cual le da el sol todo el día.
-Pésimo de verdad PÉSIMO servicio de todas las personas que me atendieron:
No me dijeron que no aceptaban mi tarjeta de crédito y después me querían cobrar el 5% de comisión por pagar con otra tarjeta.
La cajera se limitó a decir no es mi problema
Según hablaron con el “Ingeniero director del hospital”
No me mostraron la cuenta desglosada solo me dijeron cuánto fue el total, la pedí y me dijeron que para que la quería?
Terrible experience in this hospital.
- Very poor facilities, ugly and old:
I had to wait in a “waiting room” which is the hospital lobby that gets the sun all day.
-Terrible really Terrible service of all the people who attended me:
They did not tell me that they did not accept my credit card and then they wanted to charge me the 5% commission for paying with another card.
The cashier just said it's not my problem
According to what they spoke with the "Engineer director of the hospital"
They didn't show me the itemized account, they only told me how much the total was, I asked for it and they told me why I wanted it?
