★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de Traumatología es deficiente. Atendiendo a mi mamá en esta clínica, descubrimos que el Dr. Enrique Ruiz Hernández ya está jubilado pues al solicitarle un recibo de honorarios con efecto fiscal, él mismo dijo que no podía otorgarlo debido a que es jubilado.
Al hacerle preguntas sobre el caso clínico de mi mamá daba respuestas muy vanas sin claridad.
No maneja citas y también en un día que se supone que atiende, cambia de opinión y no se presenta a consulta haciendo que los pacientes pierdan su tiempo.
NO LO RECOMIENDO
The Traumatology service is deficient. Taking care of my mother in this clinic, we discovered that Dr. Enrique Ruiz Hernández is already retired because when requesting a receipt of fees with tax effect, he himself said that he could not grant it because he is retired.
When I asked him questions about my mother's clinical case, he gave very vain answers without clarity.
He does not handle appointments and also on a day that he is supposed to attend, he changes his mind and does not show up for consultation causing patients to waste their time.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
