This place was great. They got a specialist in at short notice and all staff were so nice and had great English. We were seen to so quickly, thanks for everything!

I was nervous after reading reviews but we had to get somewhere quickly with an open, infected boil wound. The doctor and nurse were incredibly professional, calm and knowledgeable. Having a bit of Spanish helped our interaction but was not necessary as the doctor spoke English passably. Our doctor, Brenda, was amazing and so was the nurse, whose name I did not catch. The operating room was clean, the cost was more than reasonable and we got help right away. Thank you and so glad we did not try the 45min drive to the bigger hospital.

Great service here, I went in very worried after a scratch from a dog, I saw a doctor within 5 minutes and received a precautionary rabies shot within 15 minutes. Everything was explained very clearly and the staff were all incredibly helpful!

DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY REASON. Came to check my lungs. Had all flu symptoms: sore throat, running nose and shooting ear pain. PAID 104$ USD. After two hours they sent me a report with diagnose OSTEOCHONDRITIS. Are you kidding?? How do you even practice medicine, they even asked me what is claratin-d, just stay away, they are pretend doctors, bought their license on the street. Did not even check my throat when I said it hurts. STAY AWAY!

Last Sunday We were in this hospital for an emergency (serious dog bite) The receptionist made us wait and asked how we were going to pay before even seeing a doctor. After a few minutes a woman in tracksuits introduced herself as a doctor. She wanted to oscultate the bleeding wound (very deep) without even putting on gloves. She started pressing the bite! She felt that it was necessary to make an X-ray and sew everything up. Before any treatment they asked us to pay 7000 pesos Fortunately we took another opinion because it is not at all what we should do especially in the event of a bite which can become infected. As she didn't seem sure of her diagnosis she took pictures and we saw on her phone that she sent them to a real Doctor. This woman was not a doctor! We left with the wound open and they didn't help us at all. We went to the Costamed hospital at the entrance to Tulum and the diagnosis was much better and made by a real doctor. It was not necessary to make X-ray but to desynsfecter the bite and to suture in function and to take antibiotics.

Great service, really fast, no cue. And the doctor was very helpful gave me a bunch of medications to cure my ear inflammation. Price for the visit and meditations was 111USD

Great, fast and convenient service. I had a doctor check my 3 year old that developed a cough and turned into strep infection on our mini vacation. We were seen quick and had a diagnostic within 10 minutes.

Great service! And a very efficient team. I am currently pregnant and I had a fall during a boat trip. Getting into an accident is probably the biggest worry of any pregnant woman. When I arrived the hospital, there was no queue and I was seen straight away. The GP gave me a thorough check up with ultrasound to make sure the baby is ok. I cannot describe how much relief it is to know everything is ok. The staff and the doctors were really nice and reassuring during the whole process. I was also given the medical report and receipt in digital form so that I can have it as a backup for my insurance claim. Thanks so much, team !!
