★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, el mobiliario está muy bien junto con los cuartos. Le hicieron dos cirugías a mi esposa ahí y la atendieron muy bien. Buen servicio de las y los enfermeros.
Very good attention, the furniture is very good along with the rooms. They did two surgeries on my wife there and they took great care of her. Good service from the nurses.

No lo recomiendo, para empezar si pagabas con tarjeta tu tenías que cubrir el impuesto, la habitación tenía una super gotera y estaba inundado tardaban horas en ir a trapear, no estaba el control de la tele y querían que yo lo buscará, los enfermeros pésimos sin empatia con excepción de dos ángeles que me tocaron ❤️
Mejor vayanse al imss... Es lo mismo, pero gratis
Horrible ... I do not recommend it, to begin with if you paid with a card you had to cover the tax, the room had a super leak and it was flooded they took hours to mop, the TV control was not there and they wanted me to look for it , terrible nurses without empathy except for two angels who touched me ❤️
Better go to the imss ... It's the same, but free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, unidad de hemodiálisis un asco, piso sucio, sin clima, puerta abierta, se supone debe ser un lugar estéril y de eso no había nada.
Falta de empatía, ética, conocimientos del personal de enfermería.
Elevador inservible, no hay camilleros, hay que llamar ambulancia externa para que ellos bajen de un piso a otro a paciente.
No lo recomendamos.
Terrible service, disgusting hemodialysis unit, dirty floor, no climate, open door, it is supposed to be a sterile place and there was nothing of that.
Lack of empathy, ethics, knowledge of the nursing staff.
Useless elevator, there are no orderlies, you have to call an external ambulance so that they can lower the patient from one floor to another.
We do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general muy buen servicio. Tiene lo suficiente, y obvio no es lujoso pero pasamos una muy buena experiencia a pesar de la operación del riñón que le hicieron a mi esposa. No pongo 5 estrellas porque aún está en construcción una parte del estacionamiento y es algo incómodo.
Overall very good service. It has enough, and obviously it is not luxurious but we had a very good experience despite the kidney operation that my wife had. I am not giving 5 stars because a part of the parking lot is still under construction and it is somewhat uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio el personal no sirve ni atienden bien. Yo no lo recomiendo. Es un pésimo servicio y no me gustó tuvimos que sacar el familiar de ahí .
Very bad service the staff does not serve or attend well. I do not recommend. It's a lousy service and I didn't like it, we had to get the relative out of there.
