Lleva dinero (unos mil en efectivo) para la consulta y el estacionamiento, está gentuza de la UANL te quiere sacar hasta el último centavo por todo.
Aparte que urgencias es lento, fácilmente te vas a tardar 4 horas de tu vida si te va bien y ruegale a Dios que no te toque el cambio de turno porque sino vas a esperar otras dos horas más.
En resumen son incompetentes y codiciosos, no el personal que trabaja a marchas forzadas con lo que cuenta, sino los jefes, los sindicalizados y la gente que toma las decisiones importantes.
Muchos problemas se podrían solucionar o agiliza con una aplicación o un grupo de WhatsApp o algo que permita estar al corriente con tu paciente por tu celular. Pero no, se nota que ellos viven en el pasado.

Apart from the fact that the emergency room is slow, it will easily take you 4 hours of your life if things go well for you and pray to God that you don't have to change shifts because otherwise you will wait another two hours.
In short, they are incompetent and greedy, not the staff who work at full speed with what counts, but the bosses, the union members and the people who make the important decisions.
Many problems could be solved or speeded up with an application or a WhatsApp group or something that allows you to keep up with your patient on your cell phone. But no, it shows that they live in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi madre lleva días internada y desde el primer día trajimos donadores y no la han transfundido. Nos dice que tiene adeudo que por eso no la transfunden y nosotros tenemos las hojas de los donadores en mano y hoja de banco de sangre donde dice que tiene donadores a favor y ni así. No vuelvo nunca a este hospital!
Terrible service, my mother has been hospitalized for days and from the first day we brought donors and they have not transfused her. She tells us that she has a debt that is why they do not transfuse her and we have the donor sheets in hand and the blood bank sheet where it says that she has donors in favor and not like that. I will never go back to this hospital!
