★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad roban en los precios de hospitalizacion lleve ami perrita y me sacaron una lista de medicamentos y me robaron hay un doctor barbón tatuado que ni sabe explicar ultrasonidos nadamas trabaja por trabajar muy pésimo servicio por parte de ese doctor. ??????????

El costo de la consulta para perros es de 500 pesos y para gatos 600. No incluye el medicamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, atendieron muy bien a mi perro que iba con intoxicación por alimentos. Aunque si es algo caro, pero bajo una emergencia vale la pena ir porque están bastante surtidos de medicamentos y dan buena atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta abierto en un horario de atención de 09:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. de lunes a sábado. La consulta es de $700.00 independientemente de la medicina que llegue a necesitar tu mascota. Tienen veterinarios especializados y cuentan con medicamentos de uso sofisticado como la anestecia inhalada que no es tan agresiva para tu mascota, así como jaulas si es que se requiere estar bajo observación. Es un buen servicio aunque si es algo caro.
It is open from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. The consultation is $700.00 regardless of the medicine your pet needs. They have specialized veterinarians and have sophisticated medications such as inhaled anesthesia that is not so aggressive for your pet, as well as cages if observation is required. It is a good service although it is somewhat expensive.

1. Pésima atención. (48 hrs, sin hacerles nada.)
2. Mal diagnóstico. (Se atreven asegurar sin tener estudios.)
3. No tienen responsabilidad. (No existe un responsable por paciente.)
Gracias a ellos y su mal tratamiento (sobredosis de fármaco), mi cachorro empeoró y falleció.
Y como no dirán nada y mucho menos se harán responsables, dejo mi experiencia para que no pasen por lo mismo.
Adicional cobran como si los ayudaran cuando no es así ($3500), se aprovechan de la situación y confianza que les brindas.

1. Terrible attention. (48 hrs, without doing anything to them.)
2. Misdiagnosis. (They dare to assure without having studies.)
3. They have no responsibility. (There is no person responsible for each patient.)
Thanks to them and their poor treatment (drug overdose), my puppy got worse and died.
And since they won't say anything, much less take responsibility, I leave my experience so they don't go through the same thing.
In addition, they charge as if they were helping them when it is not so ($3,500), they take advantage of the situation and trust that you give them.
