★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi gatita se llamaba Prrsephone, y sufrió mucho y si estaba sucio donde la tenían ,esto fue en Noviembre del año pasado ,yo se que no son magos y que porque fuera u medicamento bueno se iba a salvar ,pero nunca me dijeron que no tenía remedio y ella al momento de salir de ahí, toda la noche sufrió y murió de dolor al día siguiente ,y me dijeron que se iría cuando ya no hiciera del baño diarrea ni vomitaba y aun así me la dieron, es horrible lo que hacen porque no son honestos, ya ni por todo lo que pagué por la gatita ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve a mi perrita por una emergencia por la noche y ni siquiera la revisaron, solo nos quisieron vender muchísimos medicamentos y la consulta nos la cobraron carísima. Jamás lleven a sus mascotas por el bien de ellas.
Terrible service, I took my dog for an emergency at night and they didn't even check her, they just wanted to sell us a lot of medicines and they charged us very expensive for the consultation. Never take your pets for their own good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente clínica, excelente servicio. Son médicos veterinarios con gran profesionalismo, pero sobre todo una gran calidez y amor por los animales. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, son muy profesionales, tienen costos accesibles y excelente actitud de servicio de todos los que laboran ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos veterinarios, no son capaces ni de poner bien una vacuna. Tuve una emergencia con mi perrita a causa de que solo le pusieran el diluyente de la misma.
Además de no programar su refuerzo 15 días después, sin tomar en cuenta que era una hembra que venía de situación de calle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no fueron sinceros conmigo sobre mi gatita ella murió sufriendo , no lo recomiendo para nada, cuando iba a verla esta sucia y aun así la deje porque pensé que con esa inyección de 2000 se iba a recuperar, pero no, fue peor ,ni pasar quiero por ahi jamás

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una cita desde días antes para estética de 4 perritos y cuando llegó resulta que no sabían y como se van a mudar se llevaron la tina. Que falta se profesionalismo no avisar, arruinaron toda la buena opinión que teníamos. 2 estrellas por salvar a mi gato pero estresar a mis perros por nada está muy mal.
I made an appointment days before for a beauty salon for 4 puppies and when it came they didn't know how they were going to move and they took the tub. What a lack of professionalism not to notify, they ruined all the good opinion we had. 2 stars for saving my cat but stressing my dogs out over nothing is too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi perrito estaba casi moribundo y me dijeron que tenía que dejarlo mínimo 48 horas hospitalizado y que le tenían que hacer nuevos estudios cuando los que lleve tenían 2 días, que bueno que no lo deje porque murió 4 horas después, les pregunté si me aconsejaban dormirlo y me dijeron que no, no creo que me ayudaron en un momento muy difícil porque sufría mucho. Aclaró que no les quiero quitar su buena calificación ni dudo de su capacidad pero a mi me fue muy mal.
My puppy was almost dying and they told me that I had to leave him hospitalized for at least 48 hours and that they had to do new studies when the ones I had had were 2 days old, it's a good thing I didn't leave him because he died 4 hours later, I asked them if they advised me to put him to sleep and they told me no, I don't think they helped me in a very difficult moment because I suffered a lot. He clarified that I don't want to take away their good rating and I don't doubt their ability, but it went very badly for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al inicio tenía un poco de incertidumbre por el proceso quirúrgico qué le harían a mi perrita, pero fueron tan profesionales, amables y cálidos conmigo y mi perrita, qué toda duda se fue al momento. Altamente recomendado. Curaron a mi perrita de su malestar y estoy muy agradecido por ello. Todo salio de maravilla!. Ahora Nynna esta muy saludable y feliz!.
At the beginning I was a little uncertain about the surgical process what they would do to my dog, but they were so professional, kind and warm with me and my dog, that all doubts were immediately removed.
