No sé si sea un problema en general con los veterinarios de Durango (pocos te explican si no les preguntas a profundidad de los detalles, medicamentos recetados y estudios realizados) pero si que les falta ese toque de profesionalismo al comunicarse con la gente. No entro en detalles de mi visita pero al final mi mascota murió porque lo rechazaron para hospitalización por falta de espacio.
Terrible service and attention. I do not know if it is a problem in general with the veterinarians of Durango (few explain to you if you do not ask them in depth of the details, prescription drugs and studies carried out) but if they lack that touch of professionalism when communicating with people. I do not go into details of my visit but in the end my pet died because he was rejected for hospitalization due to lack of space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden con toda la amabilidad, sin embargo, por ser un hospital-escuela, muchas veces los médicos residentes que atienden en las visitas, no tienen el conocimiento o experiencia para dar una consulta 100% profesional y eso causa que no se llegue a posibles diagnósticos para el animal. Cuando se pide por el médico especialista, tienen reticencia en llamarlos a pesar que lo que podría tener el animal se encuentre más allá de su conocimiento.
They attend with all the kindness, however, because it is a school-hospital, many times the resident doctors who attend the visits do not have the knowledge or experience to give a 100% professional consultation and that causes possible diagnoses not to be reached for the animal. When asked by the specialist doctor, they are reluctant to call even though what the animal might have is beyond their knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, los practicantes se nota que les gusta no es ningún problema que te atiendan diferentes cada que vas, si lo requiere hay seguimiento por su parte, siempre consultan me imagino al veterinario encargado no dan tratamientos sin antes preguntarle y tener su aprobación, en mi caso con mis 3 perritas me las han curado y atendido muy bien!! El costo es mínimo
