Ya que vimos a unas personas que abandonaron a su perro cuando se los llevaron a estética, y la veterinaria hizo lo conducente para darlo en adopción. Pero el servicio estético deja mucho que desear, las últimas 3 experiencias con mi mascota no fueron gratas, incluso en la última ocasión tuve que regresar para que le arreglaran las uñas a mi perrito porque quedaron tan mal cortadas que sentía que podía lesionarse, lo solucionaron pero no me pareció correcto. The medical service is undoubtedly very good, always on the right track. But the aesthetic service leaves much to be desired, the last 3 experiences with my pet were not pleasant, even on the last occasion I had to return to have my puppy's nails fixed because they were so badly cut that he felt he could be injured, they solved it but it didn't seem right to me.

Lo conozco de hace algunos años y aunque está lejos de mi domicilio tengo suficiente confianza en él para que atienda a mi gatita y por eso lo visito, además de que tiene (me parece) suficiente equipo para tal fin. Hace año y medio tuve un accidente grave con mi perrita, la llevé con él, la evaluó y muy sincero nos llamó para decirnos que se necesitaba la atención con equipo que él no tenía y nos canalizó a una clínica. Lamentablemente la perrita murió y yo quedé muy inconforme con lo sucedido, sin embargo, estoy consciente que su recomendación siempre fue de buena fe, aunque después de lo sucedido dudo que él siga recomendando el hospital de Ceylan (si es así, recomiendo buscar otras opciones, en mi personal opinión). Siempre he valorado su calidad humana y por eso es que he confiado y agradecido su trabajo. Conozco otro médico veterinario pero para atender a mi gatita sólo en esta clínica confío y específicamente con el doctor Ricardo, la verdad para él solo tengo palabras de reconocimiento. I have no doubts that the doctor is a totally professional person and committed to the care he gives to animals. I have known him for some years and although he is far from my home I have enough confidence in him to take care of my kitten and that is why I visit him, besides that he has (it seems to me) enough equipment for that purpose. A year and a half ago I had a serious accident with my dog, I took her with him, he evaluated her and very sincerely called us to tell us that he needed care with equipment that he did not have and referred us to a clinic. Unfortunately, the dog died and I was very dissatisfied with what happened, however, I am aware that his recommendation was always in good faith, although after what happened I doubt that he will continue to recommend Ceylan hospital (if so, I recommend looking for other options , in my personal opinion). I have always valued his human qualities and that is why I have trusted and appreciated his work. I know another veterinarian but to treat my kitten only in this clinic I trust and specifically with Dr. Ricardo, the truth is that I only have words of recognition.
