Después de eso quería mostrarle los resultados a la cardióloga pero qué creen? No cuentan con el equipo para ver las placas y no tienen señal para que pudiera mostrarle los resultados en el celular, pedí apoyo con wifi y tampoco hay internet ahí. Pues nada, no hubo consulta ni cardióloga ??‍♀️ Ah y cabe mencionar que al final, se rieron de mi cuando les dije que su servicio era pésimo… Nombres de los involucrados: “Cardióloga” Alhelí Sierra “Gerente” que nunca tomó mis llamadas y jamás dio la cara: Iker Asteinza AWFUL SERVICE. Venden medicamentos y trataron a mi perrito muy bien y sin estresarlo. Por lo pronto en cuanto a instalaciones y el servicio de oftalmología superan por mucho a Oftalvet, son muy atentos y te llaman de vez en cuando para dar seguimiento al paciente. 24 hour service! Tengo más de 10 años acudiendo (Coapa) así que lo recomiendo ampliamente. A veces puede ser un poco caótica la recepción, y es posible que debas esperar algún tiempo antes de que tu mascota sea atendida, pero se debe a que llegan emergencias médicas y las citas se retrasan, así que debes ser paciente y considerar la posibilidad de algún tiempo de espera. Respecto a los precios, debes ir preparado, no será barato pero la atención lo vale, tienen instalaciones y equipo de primera.

Tuve la necesidad de visitarlos buscando un especialista para uno de mis perritos (tengo 10), después de ese día, no busco otro hospital para mis perros, los veterinarios están muy preparados, los especialistas saben lo que hacen y son muy amables con los perritos. He tenido oportunidad de llevar a mis perros con la cardióloga, el ortopedista, la oftalmóloga y con el Dr. Adrián, con todos ellos estoy infinitamente agradecido, no solo por sus conocimientos, sino por el trato tan dócil que siempre tienen para mis perritos. La atención en el hospital y el seguimiento a tu mascota es extraordinario, siempre te llaman para ver cómo sigue tú mascota. Fully recommended if your dogs are another member of your family.
