★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time here, 11 months ago, was good. Came back December-7-2018, bad service from receptionist. She doesn't respect the line. Attends clients that she knows first and others, have to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looks a great pet clinic, but costly, several consulting rooms, vet doctors,nurses and labs equipped, even they have lady cleaning service, not bad.
It'll be perfect for financially secured people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't respect or honor appointments. Our vet recommended us to come here to see a specialist. We made an appointment and drove 4 hours to see them. We got there at 1:45 and signed in for our 2pm appointment. Someone who came after us and, seemingly, without appointment was let in first. We kept asking the receptionists and they would tell us that they tell the doctor. We had to talk to him ourselves. We were seen until 3:30 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, this is a sad story .. but stay with me?
So, They got my little baby kitten at 4 am and they did everything and more to get him out of danger.
For 4 days they try and well... he didn't make it.
But they did not lie to me, don't over charge at all & instead they called me and let me know that he was not doing well and told me that twice everyday.
Just for this, this place is one of the best hospitals in gdl.
And well... my kitten died there.
But not even the best vet could always save an emergency case, as much as i wish they could do so...
And the way they were kind with me?
That will stay forever in my soul. I buried my kitten but i know, i know! ..that at least in this place they truly did %100 and + for him and did not try to squeek money out of me.
So yeah... in mourning but glad he got the best drs in gdl in the time he was hurting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my french bulldog for nose surgery, they opened up his nostrils. The vet was very knowledgeable and I went ahead and did it… I was very nervous. Surgery came out great, cant recommended Dr Carlos Barón De La mora enough
