★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para ver si podían revisar a mi gatito, por teléfono me dijeron que sí al llegar me comentaron que no podían revisarlo. Mi molestia es que la condición que presenta mi gatito se empeora al sacarlo y someterlo a estrés. Si no podían revisarlo lo hubieran dicho por teléfono y le hubieran evitado el estrés a mi gatito. Precisamente por eso llamé antes de llevarlo.
I called to see if they could check my kitten, on the phone they said yes when they arrived they told me that they could not check it. My annoyance is that my kitten's condition is made worse by taking him out and putting him under stress. If they couldn't review it, they would have said it over the phone and it would have saved my kitty stress. That is precisely why I called before taking it.
