★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo, fui a una consulta con un gatito recién adoptado. No le hicieron ninguna revisión, fuera de lo visual y me cobraron $400, solo me dieron que estaba bien. Al día siguiente lo llevé a otro veterinario, lo revisaron como se debe y detectaron que tenía un cuadro severo de parásitos.

No saben manejar a los animalitos y no aceptan comentarios no favorables, a mi mascota para todo la querían dormir para todo, muestras y desparasitada.. bye

Dan un diagnóstico equivocado y hay una excesiva rotación de personal en su clínica veterinaria dentro de Petco Cuitláhuac que es imposible dar un seguimiento correcto. Al momento de querer agendar una especialidad te dan pésima atención telefónica y quieren cobrar doble para que sea nuevamente revisado el perrito(a) aún cuando ya fue revisado por su personal. En verdad vayan a otra clínica que no sea CRIVET por favor, para evaluar a sus mascotas correctamente.
Es peligroso ir a este sitio y confiar el bienestar de los animalitos. ¡¡Ya que lo único que les interesa es el dinero de los dueños!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una pésima opción, cobran por todo y muy caro, cuando reciben a tu mascota son muy amables, pero después son muy groseros y hasta mentirosos. Llevé a mi perrita y tras un montón de estudios y dinero gastado ahí, no la curaron por lo que tuve que ir con otro veterinario quien me explicó que los estudios que le hicieron ni siquiera eran necesarios y por otro lado, lo que se supone que le hicieron, porque no estoy tan segura de que realmente la hayan atendido, obviamente no sirvió de nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Mvz Antoine esterilizó a mi cuyo y salió muy bien, la herida se ve muy bien y su recuperación ha sido muy rápida.
El punto negativo es que les hace falta organización, pagamos la cirugía por adelantado y el día de la esterilización nos querían volver a cobrar, así como la valoración que me dijeron estaba incluída y el día me querían cobrar aparte. La cita original nos la movieron de día y resultó que ese día no fue el mvz que iba a valorar a mi cuyo, y nos dieron una información de la cirugía y el día de la esterilización fue otra cosa.
