My pet got sick, I requested by phone to contact the doctor and they told me that they would mark me something that never happened, I feel worried about my pet and the doctor who attended me in person days before was friendly and professional but they never returned the call.

Nos dijeron que tenia parvovirus, y que ellos lo iban a atender bien y cuidar, fuimos a verlo el domingo (por que nos dijeron que podíamos llegar a verlo), pero estaba cerrado. Marcamos para ver como seguía, y nos dijeron que había mejorado y estaba tomando agua y que había calmado el vomito. Pero sucede que nos marcan hoy y que había fallecido hoy a las 9:00am y llegando nos dicen que en la madrugada. Entre ellos se contradecian, no sabían ni que explicar y salieron con la escusa que no habíamos vacunado a mi perrito, pero el tiene todas sus vacunas. No es justo que por su descuido se halla muerto mi perrito. Son muy incompetentes, son descorteces. Todo lo que nos dijeron no cuadra, ellos no le dieron la atención necesaria. Tengan cuidado, por que a mi me paso esto. Mañana podrá ser otro animalito. Por que sean "animales" se vuelven parte de la familia. Ahí pongo la tarjeta de la disque doctora y su nombre.
