Quiero comentar un hecho muy desagradable que ocurrió en el Hospital Veterinario de Especialidades Chapultepec, independientemente que se perdió la comunicación efectiva entre empresa-cliente, algo que no puedo tolerar o pasar inadvertido es la violencia de género que el director de la clínica tuvo con una mujer y más siendo un adulto mayor. Si esto pasa con un ser humano imaginen la atención a nuestras queridas mascotas. No se puede toler la violencia a las mujeres y mas cuando paso el 8 de marzo, con respecto al día internacional de las mujeres.
Una empresa de ese tipo debe contar con personal administrativo para evitar eventualidades. Una actitud del director altanera, ofensiva, de un profesionista que mal ?

I want to comment on a very unpleasant event that occurred at the Chapultepec Specialty Veterinary Hospital, regardless of the fact that effective communication between the company and the client was lost, something that I cannot tolerate or go unnoticed is the gender-based violence that the director of the clinic had with a woman and more being an older adult. If this happens with a human being, imagine the attention to our beloved pets. Violence against women cannot be tolerated and even more so when it happened on March 8, with respect to International Women's Day.
A company of this type must have administrative personnel to avoid eventualities. An attitude of the arrogant, offensive director, of a professional that is bad ?

Me dieron la informacion puntual de padecimiento de mi mascota, el trato a mi mascota fue respetuso y empatico, en tiempo informa recibi resultados de laboratorio a mi correo, despues la llamada de la doctora con la interpretacion. Instalacion excelentes, muy limpias.

Tanto en el procedimiento, sus vacunas, consultas de valoración y seguimiento, el trato ha sido excelente. Por favor, no cambien la calidad en la atención por tener cantidad de pacientes :( ya me pasó en otro hospital de la Nápoles que super deterioró su servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos llegado recientemente para que se vuelva el lugar de revisión y estética de mi perrito, hasta el momento hemos recibido muy buen servicio, y el trato para los pacientes (animalitos) es muy amable. El personal en general es cordial y resuelven todas tus dudas. Siempre están disponibles y es un hospital muy completo.
