★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente hospital. El trato es increíble, realmente se preocupan por el bienestar de las mascotas y de informar perfectamente de todo a los dueños.
Tanto la Dra. Osiris como el Dr. Bryan han atendido a mi punky con toda la dedicación y cuidado y están al pendiente de cualquier problema que llegue a tener.
De verdad me han dado paz y más porque sé que está en excelentes manos y ya no debemos estar peregrinando entre diagnósticos y hospitales.
It is an excellent hospital. The treatment is incredible, they really care about the well-being of the pets and perfectly inform the owners of everything.
Both Dr. Osiris and Dr. Bryan have treated my punk with all the dedication and care and are attentive to any problem he may have.
They have really given me peace and more because I know that it is in excellent hands and we should no longer be on pilgrimage between diagnoses and hospitals.

Siempre que los llevo por algún malestar me hablan con honestidad si solo se trata de algo menor y no se enganchan para cobrar de más. Excelente servicio, excelente diagnóstico:) no los dejo x nada
I have sterilized my dog and my kitten here, they do previous studies and they treated them incredible. Whenever I take them for some discomfort they talk to me honestly if it's just something minor and they don't get hooked to charge more. Excellent service, excellent diagnosis:) I do not leave them for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer fui porque mi perrito tuvo un accidente, llegó y me comenta la chica que si no tenía cita a lo que le comento que no.
Obvio si es un accidente y una emergencia no voy a generar cita.
Ella me comentó que iba a preguntar si podrían entender a mi perro, pasado de 10 min regresa y me dice que no me lo pueden recibir, que sería hasta mañana a las 9.
Me moleste porque si se supone que es un hospital veterinario donde reciben urgencias, como era posible que no hayan querido aceptar a mi perro.
La verdad no me quede nada conforme con su servicio.
Cabe mencionar que en la parte de afuera tienen un letrero donde dice "emergencias las 24 horas" y pues no, tus emergencias deben de ser con cita.
Yesterday I went because my puppy had an accident, the girl arrived and told me that if she didn't have an appointment, I told her no.
Obviously if it is an accident and an emergency I will not make an appointment.
She told me that she was going to ask if they could understand my dog, after 10 minutes she came back and told me that they couldn't receive me, that it would be until tomorrow at 9.
It bothered me because if it is supposed to be a veterinary hospital where they receive emergencies, how could they not have wanted to accept my dog.
The truth is that I am not satisfied with your service.
It is worth mentioning that on the outside they have a sign that says "emergencies 24 hours" and of course, your emergencies must be by appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent vet! We take our dog to Ceci even if they are located 30 minutes away. Fantastic service and always very friendly towards both humans and pets. She managed to cure our dogs allergy problem even after several vets previously failed. Can not recommend them enough!
