Very friendly staff, good prices, super professionals and they take care of animals very well, I have taken my dog twice and despite the fact that it was very intense the first time, the girl who attended her was very patient.

The doctors are kind and have a lot of attention towards the animals (patients); however, the receptionist is very rude and treats people very unkindly.

Yo recomiendo que si tu mascota tiene algo delicado y tienes el dinero para poder llevar a su mascota a un particular es mejor
Pero para la básico radiografías, estudios, consulta en general excelente servicio

I recommend that if your pet has something delicate and you have the money to be able to take your pet to a private individual, it is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor atención y servicio imposible. Intenté recoger cuatro días diferentes unos estudios. Primero me dijeron que esos estudios tardan dos días, luego que cinco y luego que quince. Y lo peor es que cada practicante antes de decirme eso me decía "llame al laboratorio y dicen que esos estudios tardan x días" Mentirosos. La última vez, una hora después de decirme que esos estudios tardan quince días me llega un correo con los resultados (que dice que se entregaron al hospital hace seis dias). Yo quería recibir los resultados en persona para tener una cita con la medico y que me pudiera explicar qué sigue y si el tratamiento se lo pueden dar ahí y se lo expliqué a cada persona que me atendió, sin embargo los resultados estaban en el hospital la última vez que yo fui, y me mintieron para que me fuera y después me los mandaron por correo. Yo solo quería una cita con la médico desde el inicio. Saqué los estudios porque lo pusieron como condición para que me dijeran si ahí le podían dar el tratamiento a mi perrita, aun cuando les había explicado que ya tenia el resultado positivo pero que había perdido el estudio
Nada más te roban el dinero.
Worst care and service impossible. I tried to collect four different days a few studies. First they told me that these studies take two days, then five and then fifteen. And the worst thing is that each practitioner before telling me that told me "call the laboratory and they say that these studies take x days" Liars. The last time, an hour after telling me that these studies take fifteen days, I receive an email with the results (which says that they were delivered to the hospital six days ago). I wanted to receive the results in person to have an appointment with the doctor and for her to explain to me what is next and if the treatment can be given there and I explained it to each person who treated me, however the results were at the hospital the last time I went, and they lied to me to get me to leave and then they mailed them to me. I just wanted a doctor's appointment from the start. I took out the studies because they put it as a condition for them to tell me if they could give my dog the treatment there, even though I had explained that I already had the positive result but that I had lost the study
They just steal your money.
